My favorite is shoulder pads. I felt that the attitude era really worked in his favor.
I will say that I only liked his attire from the beginning all the way to shoulder pads. The ministry clothes just looked weird rather than dark and bad ass. Didn't really like Biker taker, and his return to being demonic just looked mismatched.
I wasn't aware he regrew his air. I think he needs to keep it long now that he is older. Shaved head just adds to looking haggard.

It predates my fandom by about a full year, but I always liked the purple gloved look with the hair covering his pale face. He looked really, really creepy.

Original western mortician look for me.
He looked as he came straight out of an old western movie, and it was badass.
Much darker and more sinister than the colourful, cartoony look the WWF previously had.
That's why him and Jake Roberts were a perfect fit. Evil, soulless bastards hellbent on destruction.
I also really like the current look.
Yes, he's older and looks haggard, but that's the point. He's just like the older, leathery veteran who know you will take a beating but ultimately kick ass and triumph.
Think Clint Eastwood from 'The Unforgiven' and onwards.

Immediate instinct is the Ministry look. Though as for the mohawk... Eh, I like it. Think he looks better now then he did there in that 2009-2010 period where his hair was parted in just the right way to make his forehead look absolutely massive and his face tended to be outright orange. Didn't help he kept wearing that awful sleeveless high-collar vampire coat thing during promos around that period.
