Would you have the most ultimate professional wrestling megamind?

Say they all worked out their differences and Mcmahon had a breakthrough and decided to equally split the company between all 3 of them (each getting 33.33%), both creatively and in business all playing to each of their strengths. Alternatively, you could put all 3 of them in a blender and morph them together as one unit. Either way, would it work?

Let's break it down.

Vince Mcmahon: Specializes in spectacle/production, is able to cater his product to a wide demographic (even though they do exaggerate this statistic from time to time) and has the business confidence/knowledge to truly drive a million/billion dollar company with no looking back.

Eric Bischoff: Has the cut throat business drive. Is able to create ideas and get the most out of them, from both a business and creative perpective (during the prime of his career). He is very much the in between and combination of Heyman and Mcmahon.

Paul Heyman: While he lacks in business sense, he more than makes up with in creative and the art form/storytelling of professional wrestling. He knows how to get the best out of characters, stories, divisions and overall rosters. Known for booking some of arguably the most critically acclaimed periods of brands and companies.

(NOTE TO MODS: I thought it would be cool to put it in here as Bischoff was in WWE at one point. Feel free to move to a different part of the board if you feel it fits better in TNA/(W)rest.)

It's your choice if you want to answer it as if all 3 were in the prime of their careers (whenever that may have been in your opinion), of if you want it to be who they are currently.

Quite honestly, Vince at his best doesn't need Bischoff or Heyman. Vince is already the best cut throat business man in the business and, unlike Bischoff at his best, built his empire without being wasteful with his resources (for the most part). I always thought Heyman's creativity was overstated. He's had as many good ideas as bad ones. Vince has certainly had his bad ones, but when he's on, he's as creative a character builder and storyteller as anyone.

Vince at his best already has all of the attributes you've described.

I don't think Bischoff is required, his best creative moments are all heavily inspired by past angles, there's nothing inherently wrong with that it's just not needed if he's sitting alongside Vince and Heyman.

That said you do need somebody to filter Vince and Heyman's craziness and pick the best from both of them, not sure who would be best in that role but it would have to be somebody with a smaller ego.

I don't know what you'd get but it better not fail because who would the new creature blame? Vince blamed Bischoff for not playing fair, Heyman blamed both for stealing his talent and ideas, and Bischoff blamed Vince and Heyman for making wrestling trashy.
