The Rumble is being sponsored by Jackson Hewitt Tax Services? IRS had better be a surprise entrant! Nooooooo!!!! I had finally blocked these commercials from my head.

Is there any reason NOT to believe Punk is winning? Daniel Bryan's in the Rumble, too. Though if Orton's holding the title until Wrestlemania, then I'd go with Punk winning. Unless they plan on doing Orton/Punk/Bryan/Cena or any combination of that.

Can we not give away Entry Number 1 this year please.
Infact can we not give away any entry number, I really hate it when they do this.
One of the things I love is wondering who the first 2 to kick off the Rumble will be.. It's not quite as Interesting when you already know Dolph Ziggler of the Miz is Entry Number 1.

Is there any reason NOT to believe Punk is winning? I'm still assuming Batista is winning to piss us all off.

Is there any reason NOT to believe Punk is winning? Because people think that WWE's gonna do Bryan vs Orton part XVI at WrestleMania

Because people think that WWE's gonna do Bryan vs Orton part XVI at WrestleMania They'd better. Bryan deserves his moment. What is this moment though? Winning the title? He did that. Beat Orton clean? He did that. This match brings absolutely nothing new to the table outside of giving Bryan a title run, which they can do at any other time without having to give us this match AGAIN

Right but again you've given no reason for him to face Orton. Have him face Triple H or something, that's at least a match we haven't seen 20 times already and it makes sense with the storyline

You know, after the turn on Monday that's supposedly ruining and burying him, I think Bryan's chances of winning the Rumble have increased. Him as the plucky underdog against corporate Orton has been driven into the ground already, but unhinged Bryan finally snapping and using insane cultists as backup to bring down the machine is something new.
(Though of course, in that scenario Cena will probably win the title back before 'Mania and be presented as the face trying to unbrainwash Bryan...)

If Bryan does win the Rumble, I don't see Orton defending the title at Wrestlemania against him. I see Cena winning it before then. They constantly have Bryan stating that once Cena wins the title, he'll get his fair title shot, so I can see that being the main event of Wrestlemania.
Though if we get Bryan/HHH, I'm perfectly fine with that. That may be a bigger match for Bryan in the grand scheme of things.

Of course, I see the whole Wyatt situation as more odds for Bryan to overcome aside from the ones he'll face at the Rumble, which I presume (if he wins) will make his win all the more satisfying, as he'd have overcome more odds than even John friggin' Cena could ever hope for.

Because people think that WWE's gonna do Bryan vs Orton part XVI at WrestleMania They'd better. Bryan deserves his moment. What fresh title match do you actually want to see? side note: I was thinking the other day, and what if Bryan/Watt Family angle ends in...instead of just eliminating Bray at the rumble...it turns out he just intelligently added numbers to his team and used them to get to WM. Not exactly a "face" move, but he can easily get passed that and look like he is ready to win, and willing to do anything it takes...

Spot I'd like to see: The timer counts down and the Rock's music hits. The crowd goes nuts, but nobody comes out. The music fades away as certain superstar makes his entrance and says he has some Bad News...
The spot could work just as well with Stone Cold's music or even Hulk Hogan's

^^ Would be funny if everyone ganged up on B.N. Barrett after and eliminated him.

I see a lot of people writing it down as a lock that Orton is going to retain vs Cena at the Rumble.
It isn't.
