I'd book Enzo Amore and Big Cass in a random comedy segment and let them steal the show.
Alberto Del Rio comes out for his entrance. His opponent is already in the ring. He's a smiling, pale ginger with a beard named Sami Zayn. During the match, Cole, King and JBL keep making "most interesting man in the world" type of "facts" about Sami. Del Rio goes for the cross armbreaker and Sami rolls him up.

For Paige, I'd have her appear as someone who answers AJ's open challenge for a Diva's Title opportunity. She takes AJ to the limit, but ends up losing. However, it's Paige's effort that wins her over with everyone, so we then transition into an angle where she's chasing for the Diva's Title. AJ avoids Paige at every turn, but she ultimately has to face her at, let's say Summerslam, where Paige finally wins.
I'd book Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn as a high-flying tag team. When they split, it'll be on amicable terms where neither turns heel.

I like the idea of people being able to pay LeFort to rent out the services of Rusev. Like the APA again.
I think the trickiest one is Graves, mostly because I'm a big fan and think he can be awesome if used well... but he's not an obvious Future Star like Zayn. The best immediate use for him I can think of is to team him up with a de-Shielded Ambrose, and they can be a horrible, scumbag tag-team who hates everyone, even other heels.

No gimmick changes required. Just put them in good meaningful feuds and they'll be fine.

LeFort should manage a stable of Ryback, Axel, Brodus and Rusev. His main rivals should be Big E and the Usos.

I'd have Leo Kruger hunt the likes of Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, Christian, etc. as big game.
I;'d say then move on to a little feud with Orton to become the new apex predator, but Orton's heel and should stay heel as should Kruger.
The rest, idk.

Adrian Neville I'd pair up with Justin Gabriel and have them have a run as a high-flying, fun loving tag team. Try to craft them into a similar image as the Usos in that regard. Or, maybe like a modern day Rockers.
I'd bring Alexander Rusev in as Sylvester LeFort's muscle, with it quickly becoming clear that LeFort is holding something over Alexander to use him as such, some type of black mail deal. I'd have it run it's course over the span of a year or two before Alexander eventually broke free and became a redemption seeking babyface.
The Ascension I'd make Kane's hounds of hell like tag team. Transitioning Kane into more of a manager role, I'd have them run amuck on the tag team division. Slowly building them up for a feud with the Undertaker that would be yet another chapter in the saga between the brothers, but now with an added twist.
Bayley I'd have appear in the crowd on several shows, at different spots too, not just the front row. Every time losing her mind when AJ skips out to the ring. This would go on for at least a month. I'd then start to transition her into randomly appearing backstage in the background of segments, namely ones AJ is either in or has just left. Eventually it would lead to AJ needing a challenger & the GM/whoever stating that someone approached them for the chance, and in comes Bayley, who naively manages to defeat AJ for the title. Not understanding why AJ isn't happy for her, I'd spend the next few weeks expanding on her character, how she's an AJ fan, so much so she trained to be a wrestler, and so on.
Corey Graves I'd have show up seemingly as a babyface, doesn't cheat, doesn't really act like a dick outside of being a bit of a loner & man of few words. I'd save putting him into segments till about a month and a half or so after he debuted. It'd be then that I'd have him randomly start stirring the pots with various issues and various characters. Doing an old he said, she said shtick and creating tension & dissension with a bunch of people. Crafting him into something of a modern day Jake Roberts when people figure out that the trust worthy new guy is in fact a snake that's been causing trouble for a bunch of people.
Emma I'd have debut against Tamina as some easy pickings for her. Emma would get some surprise bouts of offense in on her before the Snuka finally put her down. Emma would request a second match and Tamina, pride wounded, would accept. Again Emma would get close, closer this time still to beating Tamina before she was shut down. AJ would mock Tamina and challenge Emma to a match to show Tamina how it's done. Then in a moment that would shock the WWE universe, Emma would defeat AJ in the non-title match. From there I'd have the two feud till Bayley showed up and threw a wrench in the situation, making it something of a three-way feud.
Enzo & Cass I'd have brought in as friends of Zack Ryder's in segments where the three generally goof around and let them do what's been working for them in NXT. I'd have them in this capacity for a bit till somebody beats down Ryder in a segment early on in a RAW or Smackdown. Upset and wanting revenge, Enzo and Cass would challenge the group, let's say the Wyatts, to a match. The Wyatts would destroy them but even after the match was over Enzo & Cass would still be trying to get up to keep fighting them for Ryder. I'd from there put them over as the scrappy underdog babyface tag team, slowly transitioning them into legitimate threats & not just a jobber team.
Leo wouldn't be seen for the first few weeks of his introduction. The Miz would simply find weird scribbles that are some cryptic message to him in actuality the first week. For a few weeks he'd find situations that look like they were almost designed to be traps backstage for him, like somebody's hunting him. From there after a match Leo would appear, attacking him from behind and beating him down & trying to capture him before security stops him. We get a promo explaining the Leo Kruger character, how he plans to hunt the best WWE has to offer, and he intends to go after former WWE Champions, why he chose Miz. PPV time, Miz and Leo have a match, Leo puts Miz down and solidifies himself as at least a mid-card threat for the time being.
Paige I'd have debut opposite Eva Marie, who makes some snide comments towards her that Paige seems to shrug off. She then proceeds to wipe the floor with Eva and beat her soundly. The Bellas, Eva's "mentors", offended by Paige's treatment of her, challenge her to a match. Backstage segment shows Nikki deciding she wants to be the one to get revenge for Eva, and Brie reluctantly agreeing. Paige destroys Nikki in a similar fashion as she put down Eva, making Brie even look fearful at ringside. Paige would then finally cut a promo, goading Brie, wondering if she's a coward or just as easy as Eva & Nikki are. PPV time, Brie manages just barely to beat Paige, setting her off and setting up a continued feud between the two.
I'd have Tyson Kidd scheduled for a tag team match where prior he cuts a promo saying he thinks he's found a kid with alot of potential, potential he wants to help craft into real talent. Sami Zayn comes out with Tyson for the tag match and everybody is mocking him, his opponents, the announcers, even the referee looks like he has his doubts Sami can hang. I'd then let Sami loose and do his thing, doing some sweet double team spots with Tyson too and have Sami clean as a whistle pin whoever they're facing. From there, I'd slowly build them up and have them rise through the ranks of the tag teams as a legitimate threat.
Tyler Breeze I'd have come in as Fandango's stylist and have him act as another second for him initially, with some banter between Summer and him as Summer feels generally threatened by him & the closeness of Fandango's relationship with Breeze. Something I'd put over by having the two just be their weirdo characters in backstage segments, bordering on the slash fic community like WWE sometimes does with their backstage stuff. I'd have some babyface team like Xavier & Truth or the Usos mock the trio at some point, leading to a tag team match. Where Tyler shows off that he actually knows how to wrestle and begins the selfie part of his gimmick when he takes one after pinning them. From there I'd have Fandango and him be a formidable heel tag team, almost like a modern day Mankind & Goldust.

The strange thing with me is there are seemingly innocuous wrestlers I fixate on wondering how to bring them up. Corey Graves is one of them to me. He's definitely a dude that doesn't scream "FUTURE STAR" to me, but a guy who would be great if you did some fine tuning here and there. I particularly like this plan, though his look is generally too reminiscent of CM Punk. To that, I say you go slightly hipster-douchebag with his look. If he doesn't look like a guy who would sneer at you for not knowing the difference between a fedora and a trilby, right before making "ironic" sexist jokes and telling you he knew about The Decemberists before the Colbert Bump then he doesn't look hipster enough. WWE doesn't have enough hipster heels. I see a lot of trilby and skinny jeans in his future. |

I'd combine two of the ideas here and form a Fandango/Breeze/Summer/Emma stable.
The three of them would mistreat Emma in various ways and would have an odd four way love square where nobody is sure what their relationships to each other are (apart from Summer clearly despising Emma) until it eventually becomes clear that Fandango is falling for Emma's goofy charm.
Heyman can manage Rusev, heavily implying he's the new Brock Lesnar.

Here's my plan for Paige:
AJ has defeated every face diva on the roster, and she brags that there is nobody left for her to face. Not so fast! Paige makes her debut and attacks AJ. The next night on Raw, it is announced that Paige is signed to a WWE contract. AJ is trying to run away from Paige before eventually she gives in. This leads to a match at WrestleMania, where Paige ends AJ's reign.
