Didn't they have a fake Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky at some point? I don't remember the fake Monica, but I know they used a fake Clinton a handful of times in the 90s, most notably Survivor Series 95 in Washington DC. They also brought out the same impersonator on a Raw in 98 right when the Lewinski scandal was the talk of the world.

lol I have always wanted to see the JR character get ""shot", just they can do a "Who shot JR storyline" I'm actually surprised that they never tried this in the Attitude era. Who would you have had as the shooter? I would've gone with Savio Vega.

I'm not sure it's a parody per se, but they wanted Slaughter to burn an American flag, he refused, so the just had him burn Hogan`s shirt instead.
There was a big controversy about flag burning happening in or around this time too, in addition to the war.

June 2007: A Vince McMahon entered a limousine only for it to explode.
This was planned to reflect the Black Hand group's assassination of Archduke Ferdinand in June 1914, which Vince McMahon was informed about via telegram midway through driving his motorcar to a Monday Night Raw in May 2007.
Vince is on the pulse of current affairs and he loved Franz Ferdinand, he was trying to make more people aware and we all thought it was a stupid joke...

They parodied that one NFL commercial with Shelton Benjamin, Trish Stratus and Vince back in like 2004. that was great. WWE portrayed the people that got butthurt about the ad for being the bigots that they are. funny to say that about WWE. That segment was funny enough that's it's genuinely baffling that it came out of the WWE.

Blonde chasing the Tiger with a golf club (during the Tiger Woods debacle). Maybe I'm mistaken but didn't WWE do this like really late; after the Woods controversy was becoming old news? Also, did this happen during the infamous Enus episode of Raw? Or am I just getting all the crap segments mixed into one?

The NFL referee strike and turrible replacement refs were for some reason recreated on Raw.

They should never parody anything, other than wrestling-related things.
Because A) they don't have the sophistication to do it, and B) a wrestling audience doesn't give a shit.

lol I have always wanted to see the JR character get ""shot", just they can do a "Who shot JR storyline" I remember an episode of ECW on TNN ended with Joey Styles and Joel Gertner summarizing several key storylines one of them being a mysterious bounty placed on Tommy Dreamer's head (turned out the perpetrator was Judge Jeff Jones) and Styles said that this mystery was a lot like "Who shot JR?" to which Gertner responded in a panic "Someone shot Jim Ross?!"
