Shield/Uso's should be way higher, that match was amazing. I'd rank Orton/Goldie higher as well. Pretty good list overall though, even if I don't remember the Miz/Barrett match at all. I remember Barrett did the Cactus Jack elbow and a "bang! bang!"

I wish they included Cesaro/Zayn as a nice plug to NXT. Yeah, Cesaro/Zayn was SO good, but honestly, I prefer their second match to the best-of-three-falls one. I dunno, man. Sami Zayn tapped to a chin lock. That to me was on par with seeing CM Punk deliver a piledriver. It was incredible storytelling.

Goldust getting on the list twice three times in 2013 is pretty damned impressive.

That was a call-back to match 2, where Cesaro wore down Zayn with the chinlock immediately before hitting him with the Neutralizer! Zayn tapped out because he knew first-hand he couldn't afford to get stuck in that headlock. ...I'm not sure which match I'm arguing in favor of, anymore.

Punk/Lesnar wouldn't even be in my top 10, let alone number one. The list is solid otherwise. My personal match of the year was Cena/Bryan or maybe even Goldust/Orton.

I think Punk/Cena should be number one. But what a year for wrestling 2013 has been. Best since 2001 honestly.

#6 should be #1, and it's missing Cena/Rhodes Brothers vs. Sandow/Real Americans and Cena/Ziggler from Raw (srsly, just let him pass Flair, I doubt he'll start bragging about sleeping with horses anytime soon), but great list otherwise.

And yet these two matches weren't nominated for slammies.
If this list shows anything though it's that Cena, Punk, and Bryan have really been busting their asses this year.

I think you might be reading too much into that ![:-S](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wavey.png) Cesaro has done the chinlock-into-Neutralizer many times to multiple wrestlers throughout 2013. I viewed the second fall as Cesaro being strong as f*** and worthy of Zayn tapping out. Zayn sold it like he was in Taker's Hell's Gate submission. It was masterful storytelling... Either way, we seem to be the only people in the thread who are pro Cesaro/Zayn for the top 25... ![:|](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/plain.png)
