I know the vast majority of us here on FAN are ripped studs of men who have no problem with anything physical, but even we must exercise every now and then, for posterity. So I ask, what music do you use to get you pumped? I mainly created this because I decided to go for a run today, put my iPod on shuffle and what should I find is the first song playing? This of course! Perfect running song! I had it on loop for most of the run, took it off loop near the end, Ryback's theme comes on (I have way too much wrestling music on my iPod), started to get tired and it goes "You're so damn weak man and you don't belong, your only purpose is to feed the strong" Really lit a fire under me. Overall, I tend use mostly thrash and heavy metal to pump myself up, although I find pop music's usually pretty good, specifically the 80's stuff. So yeah, what do you, oh faithful FANnies, listen to when you're in the process of getting even more massively muscular?

At The Drive-In gets me about as pumped up as anything. Specifically the songs Arcarsenal, One Armed Scissor, Mannequin Republic, and Rodolex Propaganda.

I haven't really worked out since I quit the gym in July and went travelling but the main stuff I listened to was System Of A Down, Disturbed, Pantera, Lamb Of God, Cancer Bats etc. Anything fast with a heavy beat usually gets me going.
As for wrestling themes I have worked out to Warrior & Ryback's theme. Alex Riley is another good one as is Evan Bourne's.
