Kane's entire thing to me is that he's this ridiculous super serious supernatural guy that lives in an universe that refuses to let him be this ridiculous super serious supernatural guy, and the end result is hilarious.

Probably, but that seems to be what they're going for. They're getting the Glenn Jacobs, actor and real human being image out there in preparation for his run for office post retirement. The McMahons are determined to try and get some political power and since Linda has been rejected time and time again, backing Kane seems to be their next roll of the dice.

Wouldn't they make him a face if they wanted people to vote for him?

Wouldn't they make him a face if they wanted people to vote for him? Given how some people in office act and still get votes...

Kane's image is like the Grimace. Nothing can kill Kane's image. He's been a mute monster with burned genitals who spoke with a voice box. I don't think behaving like a normal human is the thing finally does it.

Of course not. Kane is teflon, and the nature of his character is such that he's always a second away from pulling a complete 180.
I've been disappointed with Corporate Kane though. Besides the sheer hilarity of him coming out in a suit at the end of that Raw, and the "Merry Christmas" *PYRO* thing from Monday, he's hasn't been much of a factor yet.

Kane could come back next week in his red suit with his mask and a full head of hair and I wouldn't even bat an eyelash at this point.

"I Am the Tag Team Champions" and those Anger Management skits already killed Masked Kane 2.0's mystique.
But yeah, he should be getting his hands dirty, not standing off to the sidelines.

There was that one Raw where he rattled off Corporate jargon at CM Punk. But yeah, he needs to do more.

It's not like Kane is walking around in a diaper as the New Years baby. Now THAT would ruin his character!

I'm a bit disappointed in his run as corporate Kane. After we got the funny visual of him in a suit, he hasn't really done much that's funny. I mean there's some pretty easy material for quite a few good segments with corporate Kane but it has been pretty bland.
