For teachers and others: creating a book inventory

Going to post this here since I am not a part of any teaching forums or know of any good ones. I was wondering if someone here (a teacher or not) could help me. I have a large collection of books in my classroom library and am interested in creating an inventory of them. I was hoping for something where I can put in the book or barcode and it can added it to my list but also tell me grade level, reading level, and even be possible for me to put into a few categories like Biography, Revolutionary Way, etc. (subcategories I can look up if I am doing a lesson).

Any help would be appreciated.
