So going by the mythoes presented in Santa Claus Is Coming To Town that Santa Claus and his wife Jessica married on Christmas Eve. Also that he decided to limit his toy runs to one night (albeit one hell of night) a year on well, Christmas Eve. So does this make santa a good husband since he stays home (albeit I'm sure he does some logistical work for Christmas Eve while at home) the rest of the year? Or is he a bad husband for always leaving his wife home alone on their wedding anniversary?

If we are to believe the rumors about his many rendezvous with the Tooth Fairy (not saying that I do), then I'd say it's possible that he's a bad husband. It's mostly Cupid who tells tales about Santa and the Tooth Fairy. If these rumors are false, then the Tooth Fairy should come out and deny them. She's always a bit coy about it when the topic comes up. I know the Easter Bunny has gone on record saying that Cupid started the rumor out of malice toward Santa. Apparently there has always been friction between these two. This isn't verified, but the Easter Bunny also blames Cupid for starting the rumor that the Great Pumpkin exists, which has been completely debunked, though there is still at least one child who steadfastly believes in the Great Pumpkin's existence.
Wow, I'm rambling. Back on topic. Is Santa a bad husband? I'd say no. I haven't heard Mrs. Claus complaining. I heard that the idea that she scolds Santa for his weight has been overblown. I don't think she would have stuck with him this long if he wasn't treating her right. She's a strong-minded woman.
