Because I do. After being such a big fan of the X-Men Animated Series it's hard not to hear that same voice when i'm reading a comic.

Nope. Steve Blum all the friggin' way.
I think his Wolverine's the closest to Kevin Conroy as Batman that a voice actor for a comic book character has me go "...damn, that is perfect."

It depends on the art, but generally, I think of Ultimate Wolverine sounding like Blum, and Cathal as the main universe one.

With the mask, Dodd. Without it, Hugh Jackman.
As for Batman, Conroy unless he's being written by Frank Miller. Then it's Christian Bale.

That guy will always be Wolverine. He raised the bar way too high, and all others have fallen flat.
Yeah! I said it.

I always imagine either the voice of the animated series or Jackman as Wolverine.
I've always imagined Adam West as the voice of Batman. If I want to laugh my head off, I imagine Christian Bale.

Naw I hear Steve Blum now a days when I read things Wolverine related , but I do hear Nolan North's voice when I read anything Deadpool Related (it still confuses me that they didn't use him in the Ultimate Spiderman Cartoon appearance).

nope. he's always sounded like Steve Blum to me. the guy from X-Men Animated was fine for the "badass fighter" stuff but his voice really didn't work when they tried being more emotional. Blum strikes the balance a lot better IMO.
mind, I also always read Deadpool with Krusty the Clown's voice, which for some reason really works.

I have heard Steve Blum's take on Wolverine and I do think it's awesome, but still, Dodd's the man for me. But at least no one hears Scott McNeil's Wolverine voice. Way too deep for a start.

Put me in the Steve Blum camp as well.
Cathal's is fun enough, and it works from time to time, but it's just WAY too silly and over the top for me these days.

Sadly, Mr. Blum is in a lot of damned awful Marvel cartoons, unlike Mr. Conroy who was in many excellent DC cartoons.

Personally I reckon Scott McNeil was better.
Hell X men evolution has always been criminally underrated.
