The original Cybermen looked cheap, yet somehow disturbingly offputting: And this is a conceptual sketch of how they could have looked in New Who: That is good nightmare fuel...Man I hope New Who uses those.

Eyes Without a Face: When we were doing the FAN movie club, I wanted to do Eyes Without a Face but it was hard for a lot of people to get access to it. It looks creepy at first but, after a while, the character's too vulnerable to be scary.

Motel Hell: That reminds me, I've never been much of a fan of the films, but the pig mask from Saw is pretty gross looking. I think it's the fact it just looks like a severed pigs head, and the eyes look really sore.

I thought that those nun masks from "The Town" were creepy.

Some of the ones in Payday 2 are pretty terrifying too, although that's the idea I guess. My favourite creepy one is probably the Hog, It's an homage to Hotline Miami, who's creepy masks are a whole other story. I didn't get that it was a homage initially but then I read the description and I never took it off during the beta. Sadly didn't get it again until a damn long way into the release. 120 hours in and I still don't have the goddamn f***ing wrestling mask patterns.

I think I have one wrestler pattern, but I don't dare use it, knowing my luck I'd do so, then get an awesome mask that would go really well with said pattern I just used. I had the mask for ages as well, but didn't get Hotline until a couple of days ago, and it replaced my Shogun mask pretty damn quick!

I have had this same mask, minus the hair, for ~20 years. Scared the shit out of my nephew when he saw it the first time. He cried his eyes out even after I took it off. (I need to post this in the other thread now) Anyway, after the first time he was kind of ok with it, meaning he didn't cry, but it still scared him. I'd say that's pretty f***ing creepy looking!
