Not intentionally, I did make my baby sister cry when I cut my hair. Guess she didn't recognize me and freaked out. I usually tend to avoid kids as the older they are, the more annoying they seem to be towards me. I wish I could make my neighbor's kids cry so they stop throwing footballs at my windows... Hate those damn kids.

Yes
The first time I (Fifteen years old) met my then 9 year old soon-to-be step-sister. We went to this old hall that had a dark and spooky basement area and I hid around a corner before popping out to scare her. She cried, but did see the funny side afterwards.

The wife & I were talking earlier, & I don't how I could've possibly forgotten this. My nephew is a little over a year & half, and before the last ~two months he'd scream & cry as soon as he saw me. These last two months we've been best buddies though, so it's all good.

Yup. I am an educator though, and one of my big roles was disciplinarian. Some times it was a kid faking to get out of trouble, others was them realizing what shitty thing they had done.
Outside of that, not really, at least not as my fault. A few little kids cry because I hulk over them.

I'm now imagining you going up to some kids and saying, "WHACTHA GONNA DO, WHEN THE PYTHONS RUN WILD ON YOOOOOOU!?!" then the look of horror and confusion combusting into waterfalls of tears.

I can proudly say that I haven't. I've made some adults cry though, because they actually deserved it.
