Both of these popped up from reading a book from The History of Professional Wrestling series..
1. President Jack Tunney reversed a decision of a dark match at royal rumble 92 between Chris Walker and Brooklyn Brawler...
2. At over the edge in 1999, after Owen died... Vince still came out to ref the main event... Is that true? I remember Shane being out there but Vince being out there with the circumstances that happened earlier seems very weird.. Is that what really happened?

Undertaker vs Austin was scheduled to have both Vince and Shane as guest referees (hi Russo!), but they ran an injury angle on Heat where the Ministry broke Vince's ankle leaving Shane to be the only ref, but Vince ran down during the match anyway leading to him inadvertently costing Austin the title.
In what may be the worst timed pretape ever, they showed Vince taking an ambulance ride right after Owen's fall.

Weren't the only reason the paramedics able to get to Owen so quickly was because they had some on stand-by for the angle? I'm sure I've read that somewhere.
