Was he a wrestler? Was he suppose to be a rib off somebody backstage? Can't help but notice he was in a bunch of segments in 2000 snitching on other wrestlers and playing "the messenger".

He was "Just Joe". There was even a segment or two when he came out and his name was captioned on the screen as "Just Joe".
Didn't end up going anywhere though.

if used with creativity, the gimmick could have made for some interesting television segments. The political guy who starts out as a nobody, may not get to the very top, but reaches certain heights primarily due to being a weasel. it would have had to transition to a more sustaining character, but I did like the idea on paper

In the UK along with d'lo brown he was a coach on celebrity wrestling, a show that used the words celebrity and wrestling loosely. It was pretty much gladiators 2.0

The only thing I remember him doing was a backstage segment with The Rock & Stone Cold at Unforgiven 2000. At least he will always be able to say that.

Wait, Just Joe is Joe E Legend? Man, I saw him wrestle against Gangrel in like, '07, didn't even realise it was the same person.
