I have to say one of my favorite things about Vince McMahon and WWE creative is that whenever they attempt to push X guy to the next level they need to inform the audience of thier gym prowess. Like how much he can bench press or dead lift for instance. As we all know the majority of the crowd are fitness buffs and this bit of knowledge goes a long way in determining just how sustainable the newest superstar's push will last.
Or so they think. Of course 99.5% of the audience couldn't care less. That being said, count me in as part of the .05%! Personally whenever I go to the gym I do visualize the physiques I see on RAW as a source of inspiration and I usually do look up workout routines of various wrestlers to see how they get their physiques.
In this thread, post some of your favorite videos, pictures, etc.. from WWE superstars and their workout routines.
Right off the bat I need to post Antonio Cesaro's workout:
Intensity personified. Dude genuinely treats his body as one cohesive unit and you can tell he's obviously not working out for the glamor. One body, one machine.
But speaking of glamorous...

An older video from 2007 of John Morrison on shoulder day. He's quite the aesthetic one. I love how he's also (possibly) in character the whole time. He makes Zyzz seem really humble in comparison.
Brock Lesnar....

I shudder to think that this probably covers just the warm-up portion. I swear Lesnar is training for Judgement Day and I'm not talking about the PPV.
I was also going to post CM Punk's (yes, I'm being serious) workout from his WM28 diary but it seems as if WWE took it down from their official channel and I didn't feel like searching through the website. He incorporates a good balance of cardio, core training, and resistance in his routine.
