Uhm, last I checked Babs Seed isn't from Ponyville, but from Manehattan. Well does Apple Fritter technically live in Ponyville either? She may be at a different town and visits a lot. |

Still doesn't change the fact that my comment was not meant as a negative slight against Babs Seed or anything because I clearly said PONYVILLE
As for Apple Fritter's status, she may be visiting a lot from another town or may be living in another part of Ponyville. As long as there is nothing official, speculation is open in all directions.
