I don't think she'd technically BE a background pony, at least not in the sense that a Derpy or a Vinyl Scratch is. She'd probably be like a featured player, like an Iron Will or a Fancypants.

Possibly Mrs. Peachbottom, but we could end up going all the way back to possibly Queen Chrysalis. Or if big bads don't count, Iron Will.

Solid 9 on Rarity's taking of Manehatten.

I'm surprised they decided to have Rarity's generosity to the random people in Manehatten rebound back so quickly, but it was still really nice to see that side of her shown off again finally.

Thought at first, Rarity being kind to strangers would pay dividends for the climax of the episode. Still, it was nice.

A couple more cars set up for the 2014 PONYCAR season, that being Cherry Berry and our new overnight sensation Coco Pommel. That takes us to 87 of at least 114 cars/drivers entered that are now ready to go.
