Data and his quest to be more human is some of the best television I've ever seen. It managed to be hilarious, heartwarming and heartbreaking throughout the whole journey and it balanced them all extremely well.

Technically they were officers, not crewmen, but of the ones listed, Worf

Data I feel had a lot more depth and growth as a character then Worf but Worf was just fun.
I'll still go Data, Worfs best moments were on DS9

I gotta go with Data. Worf is good, but he just wasn't as interesting as Data. And I never liked Riker for some reason.

I hated Riker.
The only guy who recognised his smugness was Captain Jellico who basically told him that he was a dick.

You mean the asshole that dared to make Troi wear an actual uniform?

Troi looked better in the uniform. Trek future fashion is terrible.
My favorite was Geordi because I also watched Reading Rainbow.

You mean the asshole that dared to make Troi wear an actual uniform? Yep He asked Riker to change the duty roster from three shifts to four shifts and Riker started whining about that too. God I hate Riker.

Geordi and Riker really were a bit creepy with their usage of the holodeck.

Geordi and Riker really were a bit creepy with their usage of the holodeck. Really? I think it was rather tame compared to what many of us would do in there.

Geordie just ahead of Data. Data was a robot, but Geordie had the cool glasses!

Other: Reginald Barclay.
The guy wasn't perfect, he had his flaws, yet he still managed to do some great things in his life.

He's a smug prick, but the man's a pimp. He's so stolid, he wasn't like that before the beard.

Weirdly enough I always tend like the least human-like characters the best in Star Trek. So Data for me.
Also with all the stupid spin-offs and crossovers and stuff later on I think it's f***ing criminal that Data never met the holographic doctor from Voyager. There's an episode that writes itself, you don't even need to have a plot around it. A person who has claimed his freedom and the respect of his all his peers and beyond, but is still looking for humanity and a person who has developed a fiercly human personality over 8 years but still isn't recognised as anything but an advanced medical tool by everyone except those who are already very familiar with him.
