What if, instead of Undertaker fighting Cena or Brock Lesnar or whomever else at WM30, he had a program with Bray Wyatt? I think it could work, even if the match itself might not be of top quality and not as good as UT's matches in recent years, but the promos leading up to the match would be very interesting if WWE goes all out with it. Your thoughts on this?

It'd be pointless. You have to make Taker look as if losing is at least credible rather than stick him on with someone not on the scene that long who hasn't really done that much to date. Might as well have him face Brodus Clay. If you're booking Taker it HAS to be against someone who is himself 'box office' or it's a colossal waste of everyone's time and his.

My thoughts: It was nice of them to give Taker a squash match this year.

Any suggestion that isn't Cena/Taker, I'm just gonna say no to. It makes no goddamn sense to NOT do that match unless one of the guys specifically doesn't want to do it.

That match won't be pretty and I don't see the promo's making up for the fact that it's going to be a poor match.

In terms of storyline and gimmicks, it could be fun. But Wyatt is lightyears from being a credible threat to Taker, so no.

Not only do I dig this, but I hope that Wyatt does break the streak *hides behind flame shield*. Think about it: with Taker soon to retire, WWE needs a larger than life supernatural character, and Wyatt fits the bill. The elaborate entrance? Check. Mysterious Origin? Check. Unnerving Presence? Check. Ability to play an demonically Evil villain? Check. Story-wise it makes perfect sense: who better to take down a deadman then the devil himself? The vignettes between the two would be amazing. Taker eventually wants to put someone over at Mania, and Wyatt ending the streak would make him the force of nature that Taker was for WWE.
So yeah, I not only want to see this match, I want Wyatt to end the streak and fill the void that Taker will leave.

I don't know about Wrestlemania, but if Taker sticks around a little longer like he did last year to face The Shield, it'd be cool to see Taker vs Wyatt at, say, Extreme Rules (I think thats right after Mania now, right?)

I want Undertaker to interact with the Wyatts down the line, but a Mania match this year would be too much too soon.

Undertaker can barely move. Bray can't get through much of a match without blowing up. You need someone who can carry 'Taker at this point.

Fantasy booking hat is on here.
But to freshen up Taker he should beat Cena at mania thanks to the Wyatts interfering.
Taker can disappear and the Wyatts can fued with Cena. Then when Taker comes back for the next Mania have him go after Bray for ruining his mania match and tainting the streak or however Taker want's to spin it. Or attempt Taker as a heel, basically have him go after Wyatt for the reasons I just said, but then swerve and reveal he has been working with Wyatt all this time. Then do Team Taker V Team Cena the next year or whatever (if Taker's too beat up to wrestle he can manage and be invovled in the hype)

I don't care about the quality of Taker's match. I care about the quality of the program for months on end leading up to the match. Cena/Taker would be so lame until bell-time at Mania, at which point admittedly it would be a much better match than Taker/Wyatt. But the lead up for Taker/Wyatt has a ton of potential. I'd love to see it. Taker's best feud was with Mankind, a character that can get inside his head and threaten him psychologically. Their matches were really good too, but they were brawls for the most part. I think they could pull off a good intense brawl together, throw in a no DQ stip and some shenanigans they'd be golden.
This is personal preference mind you, I fully realize that Taker/Cena is definitely the money match. I just don't really care to see it.

Taker has moved pretty well the past few Manias so i dont agree with that. But at this point, he probably has one or two big matches left in him, one should be with Cena, and id honestly love to see him against Bryan one day to. Gives both guys something completley new and would solidify Bryan as a big time player, could be a very very good match too. I wouldnt mind Wyatt vs Taker at a Summerslam but not Mania.

If you're going to do an Undertaker vs. The Wyatt Family angle culminating in a Wrestlemania match, having it be brainwashed Bryan who challenges the streak would be the best way to do it. You get the same cool promos that you would if it was Bray wrestling (and let's face it, the promos and the fun of the clashing gimmicks are the main reason to do this angle), but with a more credible wrestler in the match.

Undertaker has put on clinics every f***ing year. I'm tired of this he can barely move bullshit, too old bullshit. Taker at mania is better than anyone else on the roster. And could get a great match out of anyone. But hey just cause he's mainly retired and rested up and news sites report he is hurt suddenly everyone believes that nonsense cause ya'know internet...
Taker vs Bray would only work if he was elevated to that level, and he just isn't HBK,HHH, Edge or Punk levels of competitor yet. There's little room to actually create that magic of "Oh shit Taker may actually lose" and Cena is the only guy that can still exist with. They want to do Brock, than it will be good, but Brock does business all of the time, he loses despite being part time. Cena is the best option, because he is usually booked t defy the odds.
