The Mountie when he took advantage of Bret's ill health and took the IC Title. I was 11 and had recently discovered wrestling
Bret has long time been a favourite of mine, but the recent years where I became an adult, have allowed me to respect Jacques Rougeau for the great heel he portrayed

I gotta give it to HHH in 2000, the man really made people want to see him get his ass kicked which made toe quadruple punch at Backlash of Austin taking him out, Linda returning, Hebner counting the pin, and Rock finally beating him arguably my favorite PPV finish ever.

Michael Cole in 2010 and 2011. And while it happened, it was never satisfying enough. At least not until the BBQ sauce. That convinced me Cole could have been a great Rock 'n Wrestling era manager.

As a kid: HBK, mostly for being a dick to The British Bulldog on multiple occasions
The best examples since the late attitude era:
Because I hated them in a good way Vince, HHH circa 2000, Bo Dallas, JBL
Because it's usually funny to see them get their comeuppance even if I like them Jericho, Angle, Vickie, heel Batista, Regal, King Booker, RTC Ivory
Because they're so good and hardly ever lose The Shield, er....that's it actually unless Cena counts, I must be forgetting somebody Honourable mentions The Wyatt Family (lately) and Wade Barrett as Nexus leader, the trouble is I also want to see how far they can/could go before getting stopped

Michael Cole in 2010 and 2011. And while it happened, it was never satisfying enough. Honestly it should have ended at Wrestlemania with as soon as the bell rang, Jerry kicks him in the gut then piledrives and pins him in like 10 seconds.

JBL's long title reign Triple H's reign of terror and Evolution Rikishi as a heel Kurt Angle in his 2002 rivalry with Edge The Alliance

I sat through that garbage live.

I wanna see them suffer.

Stephanie McMahon really needs one. Don't tell me you guys didn't hear the cheers when she was knocked down at the end of RAW during that brawl between former champs before the Unification between RKO vs Cena. This is the biggest one for me. They just keep building and building on how much you want to see her get her comeuppance, but you know it's never going to happen. I've always felt that a heel's place is to generate more and more heat until the big payoff where they finally get humiliated. Vince was the master of this, and I'm convinced that he put himself in that role because he knew how to build heat and was willing to take just about anything to put his chosen stars in a position to be bigger babyface moneymakers. You'd think that as someone who comes across as wanting to always be the coolest and best person on the screen, surely you'd want to be the big hero. What's the point of placing yourself in the role of a despicable heel if you're not willing to be defeated in the end?

I wanted to see the Bully Ryback angle have a logical conclusion, such as having Ryback trying to push around a low card star only to lose to him.

Early 2000's Triple H. He was such an evil bastard that I wanted anyone to kick his ass all over the arenas. JBL was another one I wanted to see get his. I'd have to say Bradshaw was the last heel I truly hated in a good way. It's kind of funny because I like him in his role as an announcer now.
Those are the two that immediately come to mind.

f***ing Chyna.
For a period from mid 97 to early 98 she was constantly getting involved in matches, costing Foley and Owen victories most of the time.
I may be wrong but I don't think anyone got the better of her until Austin stunned her in 98.
As an 11 year mark I really wanted to see someone crack her as hard as they could in the face with a steel chair.

Gotta agree with this as my most recent example. Though I got over it when no Diva was being positioned to do anything to her and it was not going to happen any other way.

All-time, probably Earthquake in 1990. Hated what he did to Hulk.
Recently (meaning Attitude Era-present), the one I really felt strongly for, and probably the last time I really marked out, was The Rock giving the Stunner to Austin prior to WM 17. I know Austin was technically a face at that point, but it seemed like every week Austin was Stunning Rock and leaving him laying to end a show, so when Rock slowly crept up behind Austin and hit him with the Stunner, it was a very satisfying moment as a Rock fan.

Honky Tonk Man Rick Rude (Warrior) Macho Man (Hogan) Earthquake Vince McMahon RTC
Currently Randy Orton. With the caveat being that I want Bryan to beat him clean at Wrestlemania...not as much see him get the comeuppance.
