A few years ago, Undertaker wanted to work with Wade Barrett at Wrestlemania. What happened?.... {Spoiler}

If the King of Kings couldn't get the job done against the Deadman then there's no way in hell I'm buying Daniel Bryan of all people as a credible threat to The Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
As much as D-Bry is beloved around here, I just can't buy him being in a Mania match against the Undertaker. He's good, but quite frankly he isn't in Taker's league. The only guys Undertaker should be wrestling at Mania are guys people could legitimately see beating him like Cena or Lesnar. I know Bryan has been on fire lately, but I wouldn't be able to take him seriously standing inside the ring with Taker at Mania.

This would be the first time ever that I would actually want the streak to end (I was young during Wrestlemania 21 and hated Randy Orton)

Taker / Bryan... No. Please, no. I'd way rather see Bryan in the title match or against Triple H.

Well at least it's not a rematch, but I still want 'Taker vs Cena (yes that's a rematch too but it's hardly the same Cena as we saw back then).
In theory it could be a part of a story about bringing down the machine. What would harm WWE more than Bryan ending the iconic streak and the legend of The Undertaker? Especially if Punk also goes for HHH, Bray attempts to destroy the golden goose Cena and even Harper/Rowan can beat Big Show/Rey (and do a sneaky mask record at the same time). Maybe they could tie Brock/Heyman, corporate Kane and The Shield into the story too.
The trouble is that angle would be messy at the best of times, there's no way it's suitable for WM30. Bray probably isn't ready either, losing completely would be too damaging and winning would mean peaking too early.

I have mixed feelings about whether the streak should end. On one hand it's a huge tradition, bigger than just about anything in the business. On the other hand, the one to end the streak could make a career of that. That said if they were going to break the streak what I think would be best is a slow build over the course of the year. Have Taker pick someone to work with through the year (behind the scenes, maybe even a bit on camera) and slowly build them. Have them hit milestones. Sure they can have setbacks but basically push through the resistance and culminate it with a win over Taker. The thing is it would need to be someone who already has some respect as far as in ring success but is not a huge main eventer. Breaking the streak for Orton, Cena, Lesnar, HHH, Punk and even Bryan would be a giant waste and will likely never happen. But someone ending the streak would have to have the full support of the management for a solid year and I don't see that happening.

Taker needs to die with The Streak, and WM30 is not the time (unless he's just ready to retire ASAP, which is of course his prerogative). Bryan shouldn't beat him there. The Cena match has to happen somewhere, plus it'd be great to see one more with him and Orton (WM21->WM31), and maybe a round with Sheamus or Roman Reigns or someone else who could use the rub.
Maybe they could do Bryan/Taker at WM30, with a whole Wyatt Family vs Undertaker feud leading up to it. That way we could see Bray vs Taker on Raw or something and still have the potentially cool dynamic of Undertaker vs the creepy Wyatt Family. They dump Bryan when he fails to beat him, Bryan/Bray at Extreme Rules, Bryan climbs back up the ladder as a face and finally gets an actual WWE title run later in 2014 (hell, maybe a SummerSlam rematch with Cena).

I could buy this.
Stick Brock against Kane, or turn him or the Shield and have them do a 3 on 1 match. Brock's been nothing but a disappointment since returning any way, so dont waste Undertaker against him, especially considering the shape Undertaker is in and the type of match Brock would need to make himself look any good would not be conducive to Undertaker coming back for anything else.
He's an old man, he needs a good worker to hide that, but who he can easily work with to still put on a show. Brock isn't that, DB is.

The only thing that would make me say no to Bryan winning the WWE title at Wrestlemania and Taker vs. Cena would be this match. I can't imagine the build up being that amazing though. Would be a huge honour for Bryan though if he got that match, even if he lost which I would expect and have no problems with.

for me it's simple: if the streak ends, Bryan vs. Taker...if the streak continues, Cena vs. Taker and Bryan vs. Orton

I'd rather see D-Bry take the title for obvious reasons, but this could be one of the most amazing matches of all time.
For everyone saying Bryan isn't a credible threat, look at all he's done in 2013:
The first guy to beat the Shield Dominant Tag Team run in Team Hell No Beat Cena clean Beat Orton clean multiple times Made Shawn Michaels tap out Knocked out HHH with one running knee
I don't think anyone's racked up this diverse a list of accomplishments this year.

John Cena - Won the Royal Rumble - Won the main event of WrestleMania - Gave The Rock his first loss since 2003 - Was WWE Champion for 4 and a half months - Was World Champion for 2 months Most of those to me are bigger deals than beating up Shawn Michaels and Triple H in random promo segments

If Bryan somehow became the one to actually END the streak? He won't ever have to win the WWE Title ever again in his career. He'd be made a star permanently. Or it could ruin his career by pissing off all of the people who love Undertaker and would refuse to come back to WWE because of it

I'm down with this if they trade BIG DIVES and the build up has Daniel Bryan shooting up the Undertaker's crypt with an Uzi while high on DRANK

The way you're talking - it's like the WWE fanbase would instantly be cut in half and the powers that be would all instinctively know it was because Bryan beat Undertaker.

What I would give to be a fly on the wall if Taker told Vince he's retiring and putting Bryan over at Mania. No loss, no match. I wonder if Vince's head would spontaneously combust...

An idea I read suggested Piper as being Bray Wyatt's "devil", which leads John Cena to bring in Hulk Hogan to counteract him at ringside.
