Aside from a wreath on the front door, all the decorations and the tree are down at my house.

Mine are down, but it's easy when your only decroation is a small ceramic christmas tree.

Isn't there a tradition that states if you fail to take down your Christmas decorations by January 5th Evil Santa puts an ASBO on you?

Technically, yes, but only because I never bothered to put up any.

Took the tree and random decorations down today.
Per usual, though, the Xmas lights in my room will stay up until March or something.

Starting to come down today.
most are still out.
The lights outside are staying up until the snow melts... though I may set them to not turn on.
Also technically it's still the Christmas Season in the church until tomorrow.

Not until some time after my birthday on the 19th. I like to feel festive.

Yep. My parents took them down earlier than usual this year. Usually stuff is still up by now.

I don't have any up, but if I did, they'd still be up, as we're still in the 12 Days of Christmas.

Girlfriend took them down on new years day. But that was mostly because without all the presents to sniff, rub on and otherwise keep them occupied the cats were starting go after the ornaments and trying to climb the tree.

I took everything off the tree yesterday. Packed up all the stuff in the front yard this morning. Put away all the wreaths and garlands and wall decorations this afternoon. Just dragged the tree out to the curb for trash pickup tomorrow. Tomorrow I climb up on the roof and take down the last of the lights.
On a funny note, when I moved the tree today I found a present that got missed on Christmas morning. Woo-hoo! Lucky me got a pair of CD's by Sublime.

Started taking them down today. Kind of have to take it in phases since I don't actually store them in my apartment.
