Fighting the Usos is where the Wyatts belong. But Bryan shouldn't be a part of this. Aren't you the one talking about how upper midcarders need to be moved down to the midcard? Or does that not count because it's Daniel Bryan who you like? This is exactly what you want. Yes you're right. I do say that some of the upper midcarders need to move down. And no, it's not because, "It's Daniel Bryan who I like". There are lots of guys that I like who I think would do better if they were moved down...well, not exactly moved down since the unification of titles moved them down by default. A proper term would be to say "integrated". I'd like some of the former main eventers to be properly integrated into the midcard rather than simply having meaningless matches in a bubble. Guys like Miz, Dolph, Ryback, Del Rio, Henry, Rey, who are IN the midcard, yet still come off as if they're "above" it for some reason. But Bryan has broken out of the pack and proved he deserves more than that One other thing that I also want is for some of the other midcard talents to be utilized more. WWE has neglected its midcard so badly that they've conditioned the fans to think midcarder = jobber, and they've rationalized that talents have to be shoved into the upper tier (whether it be permanently or temporarily) to be taken seriously. So every newly debuting person gets thrown into an angle with a "top level" talent while the actual midcard continues to get neglected. What I'd like is for the Wyatts to have strong midcard feud and matches with ACTUAL midcard level talents, like the Usos and many others who have been neglectled. Not for someone like Bryan who deserves more to be dragged down. What I want is for WWE to stop making Bryan soil his hands with the Wyatts, put him back at the top where he belongs, and use the Wyatts to give some guys who aren't and never will reach Bryan's level, but still deserve a little something, a little bit of shine on their way up. Bray Wyatt has future star potential. But there needs to be a bit more emphasis on future rather than trying to make him the present.

Yeah, I can see the seeds of discord being sowed there from that finish.

This is news? Wyatt has looked like a dumbass since day one, IMO.

It definitely doesn't look like Brian is brainwashed and will be completely at their mercy like people feared. Bryan's joined them but it's going to be another one of those "break them down from the inside" type of angles. Very smart indeed.

From what I saw, the kayfabe conclusion I'd draw right now is that Bryan has spent quite some time as a solo act. Sure he and Kane had their team but largely it's been him against the world. Now he's suddenly on a team with people he's had an issue with for a long time. To expect them to suddenly be on the same page regardless of whatever voodoo Wyatt might work is silly. There would be an adjustment period, though it looked like at the end Wyatt was saying something to Harper. Likely it was giving him crap for what he did. Also, that rollup that finished the match was super awkward.

Good lord folks. It's okay for Bryan to not be in a title match. Even Cena isn't in title matches sometimes... It's not the fact that Bryan isn't in the title hunt. It's the fact that he's stuck in this angle with people who he is thousands of leagues above. Just to get them over, when in fact, it's HIM they should've capitalized on. It's just a waste of time. The idea is they know everything Bryan touches turns to gold, so they're trying to elevate a heel (Who they have absolutely NONE OF that anyone gives a shit about) You said it yourself. Thousands of leagues above. Lets name off some heels Bryan isn't thousands of leagues above. In fact, lets just name off some heels that aren't jobbers. I've got....well Orton the champ. Can I even name the shield?, Three guys feuding with CM Punk? Between the three of them, they're presented as ALMOST being worthy of facing him, but not quite! If one squeaks out a win, lets not pretend they earned it. Then we've got...*googles the roster* holy shit that's bad. Then I'm at..well the Wyatts. That's the point of the storyline.

This isn't to build heels. We've heard that song since the Authority angle started. Remember that angle we just had to patiently wait through to build up heels so Bryan's rise would be epic. Well yeah nobody associated with the Authority has done anything of importance except Trips. Somehow this might be simultaneously Kane's most dramatic change and least impressive turn. The Shield are doing what they were doing since day one. There's been no magic rub on them. This isn't to build the Wyatt's, it's to keep a fan favorite busy and in the spotlight while they try to think of someway to make the guys they want main eventing become more relevant so the Yes! chanting idiots don't ruin Wrestlemania. You don't build heels up by dropping people to their level. When ever has a man who is the most popular person with the crowd left his title betrayal hunt to mess around with the midcard. If they wanted to build the Wyatt's they'd be the cult trying to weaken a champion. Instead they're second rate losers trying to recruit another second rate loser. If you have a heirarchy the champ or authority figure is at the top. Currently those two forces are alligned. Then you have their supporters and goons, like the Sheild. The Wyatt's aren't hardly on the top guys radar. And now neither is the man whom they screwed out of the title. I don't see how anybody is elevated.

Good lord folks. It's okay for Bryan to not be in a title match. Even Cena isn't in title matches sometimes... We wont be satisfied until Bryan has the title longer than Bruno Sammartino! And then throw Triple H from Titan Towers, which makes Stephanie so impressed, she marries Daniel Bryan over Triple H's dead carcass!

I'm on board with the story after last night. Bryan's not heeling it up AT ALL, fans are just as into him as ever, and the commentary is constantly "This isn't right! Bryan can't be doing this!".
And one thing I haven't seen pointed out anywhere else: Bryan saved the Uso that took the pin from getting beat down. The Wyatts were going after him, Bryan purposely tossed him out of the ring. A neat little character bit, I thought.

They should continue with Bryan subtly f***ing with the Wyatts by having oh-so-convenient miscommunications with his fellow Family members and other such trickery. It makes DB less and less of an idiot.
