If it's positive then it's very unlikely that she's not pregnant. But if it were negative, then there's still a chance that she is, if it's early in the pregnancy.

or make a doctors appointment Yeah, I'd suggest doing this. My better half and I had a false positive one time, which was just splendid/not terrifying at all. She made an appointment with her doctor. After the doctor finished laughing at my lady friend and wondered why in the hell she took a pregnancy test (due to her having the Mirena IUD), she told us that false positives were fairly common. So yeah, maybe it's that. And if it's not and you were wanting a kid, yay for you! |

very..as I found out 15 years ago. But we still went straight to the doctors for a proper test.

They are pretty accurate now, but I suppose there are some hormonal birth control that could cause fake positives.

My wife and I have been trying and had a false pregnancy last year. Went to Dr had blood work and she is indeed pregnant. I'm going to be a father.
