Well, no, but the point still stands that Twilight shouldn't be excluded on the grounds of being a figure of diplomatic power.

The wings aren't an issue, obviously, since that's what makes Twilight a possible entrant for pegasus events in the first place. But the magic horn? That's the sticking point.

I'm glad it didn't come to that, though, with Twilight not entering. I could hear the cries of "Mary Sue" from here, and that's for something that didn't even happen.
