Like I mentioned, it's all about context. The situation depicted in the avatar and sig pictures is OK because it shows Vinyl Scratch being inconsiderate (since she doesn't have headphones on, the assumption is that the music is coming out loud from the existing speaker, annoying Octavia). Also, Octavia smashing the turntable over Vinyl's head appears to be the end of the issue, and they move on.

When it gets to the point of disproportionate retribution, like Octavia callously shooting Vinyl Scratch point blank with a gun long after the original annoyance... That's when it's uncomfortable.

These running gags should be fun, not end up being a social commentary on domestic violence or something.

But is excessive violence really appropriate retribution? I mean, is it really okay as long as it doesn't involve firearms?

Probably not. And it's my fault for bringing guns into it in the first place by posting the picture with Vinyl and the vet, since I just wanted her to stand a chance for once.

The only reason why I'm really saying anything about the whole thing is that, with the gag now so far removed from the initial "incident" and Vinyl Scratch basically being set up as a tackle dummy for Octavia, it was starting to give me domestic violence vibes. There, I said it.

If it were something more along the lines of Spy Vs Spy from the MAD magazines, where they're both always trying to one-up each other with crazy shit, that's funny. The Twilight Sparkle thing where she's being sleazy and always trying to hit on Lyra, and Bon Bon doesn't stand for it... that's funny. Fluttershy stealing Applejack's hat was funny. Box of shame... funny. Apple Fritter and Flitter unresolved sexual tension... funny. Octavia abusing Vinyl Scratch for no reason? Kinda not.

Eunos, you know we're all bros here, and we really do like the stuff you do. It's just some honest critique, that's all.

I don't see it myself personally.

But than again most people have no Idea how much I hold back on some stuff, I'm not going out to upset people so I do like to make sure I don't go overboard, problem is it doesn't matter what I f***ing do, someone finds something to be offended by which is why I go through "f*** this" phases and not bother doing anything.

I don't regret anything I've ever drawn or posted here and will never apologise for it.

But in the long run I prefer to make friends rather than enemies in life so I try to find that acceptable limit

But when I'm suddenly called a racist for drawing something silly like Pinkie Pie and Applejack running away from their friends or apparently the reason Fsin wont post on here sometimes, how the f*** is that suppose to make me feel? , Think I enjoy being the one that keeps people away just because I'm having abit of fun with drawings?, No I f***ing don't. I'm sorry I don't enjoy just them having tea parties or hugging like friends etc.. but that's not what I do.

386 is apparently the number of species at the end of Generation III (Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald in the games).

I think we just have to make a general Pokemon reference, since the previous corresponding numbers (151 and 251) didn't have specific titles.
