The first to come to mind is Erin/Andy in the later seasons of The Office. Likewise, Erin/Gabe weren't much better. Oh well at least Erin/Pete were a pretty good fit.

Whatever that thing Natalie Portman was getting busy with in those Star Wars movies. It was so damn wooden and shitty.

I actually think Andy/Erin worked pretty well. Pete always struck me as a little to straitlaced and normal to complement Erin that well.
In the Spider-Man trilogy, i wouldn't say MacGuire and Dunst have bad chemistry, but compared to Garfield/Stone in the First ASM, its no contest.

Veronica and Duncan in Veronica Mars have a vortex of anti-chemistry that swallowed the show.

Call me crazy, but I felt like the chemistry between Johnny and Lisa wasn't really firing on all cylinders.

I always thought Erin and Gabe were not supposed to have any chemistry, I think I remember saying the only reason she agreed to go out with him because he was her boss and she felt obliged.

Thor had more chemistry with Darcy and Sif than with Jane. I almost wish they'd written Jane out after the second movie. she was just a macguffin and nothing more. there's a good reason she never shows up in the comics anymore, even if J Michael Straczynski brought her back for some dumb reason.

Katnis and both the guys in the Hunger Games. I'll give you Gale for sure. guy's wooden as hell and just makes his brother look better just by existing. the second movie changed my mind about KatPee though.

Veronica/Duncan(Veronica Mars) - Agreed with ronswanson. Season 2 got better once he left.
Emily/Maya(Pretty Little Liars) - Just no chemistry whatsoever. Aria/Ezra(Pretty Little Liars - I think it's just me, but I don't see any chemistry there either.
Kira/Lacus(Gundam Seed) - Their personalities were way too similar.

My big gripe with the Fantastic Four movies was a complete lack of chemistry between Jessica Alba and Ioan Gruffud. I half expected Sue to start making out with her own brother before even considering Reed.

Val Kilmer and Nicole Kidman in Batman Forever. Compared to Michael Keaton and Michelle Pfieffer in Batman Returns, they sucked.
