Wow. I kind of surprised myself by how I reacted to this. Which was, approximately:
YES YES YES f***ING DO IT IF THEY DON'T I'M GONNA BE PISSED NOW
Am I a Roman Reigns mark or something? I don't feel like a Roman Reigns mark. But based on that reaction, I just might be. Maybe I'm just excited at the prospect of a pretty ballsy direction.

I'm a HHH fan but there's really no reason for him to have a match at WM other than to get a big payday as part of his yearly bonus. <shrugs> He's a big star who doesn't wrestle all that often. If Mania only had guys who were on every other show, it wouldn't really be any different than any other PPV.

This is true, but they already have Brock, Taker, Batista, and probably Hogan doing something. How many more big stars that don't wrestle that often do they need? I don't really care one way or the other, I just don't see the need with the roster as loaded as it is these days.

Flat out, HHH isn't needed.

Another way to do that is protect people on your roster and not burn through every big match you have just to get through the month. Bringing in the big guns for one big show a year is a booking cop-out.

This is what's going to happen. Reigns loses HHH because Ambrose and Rollins turned on Reigns. Rollins and Ambrose celebrate in the ring with HHH AND BAM! DOUBLE PEDIGREE! *TROLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO*

Why does Triple H even need a match at Wrestlemania? One of their top stars quit the company because he didn't want to fight him, and it seems like the entire card keeps getting shuffled around to find a suitable opponent for "The Ass Kicker." I really wish he would just sit this one out. But don't you know that HHH was THE talent that won the Monday Night Wars? His portrayal of The Rock in a DX skit was the funniest thing ever aired on television, and the DX invasion of WCW was the most monumental moment in the history of this business.
