ALL I'm suggesting is that sometimes a few less near identical gifs might be nice on occasion. But whatever man, don't get all butthurt about it when you fall off your white horse. ...what is this, 1999? "I'm losing an argument, so I'll accuse you of being butthurt! That'll give me victory!" Name calling is not witty, nor does it in any way salvage anything. Whatever man, I'm done. Can't make a single damn suggestion without being jumped on by the social warrior patrols.

Is HHH growing back his hair? Looks that way... It's an old picture. I don't think Enzo's off crutches yet. Ah! Figured. Thanks!

Damn...what have I done. Ok first things first, I do enjoy making, posting and sharing the gifs for all of you. Even so it does take time to make/upload them, and I don't share them anywhere else on other forums outside of FAN. I enjoy doing it and I have had one or two comments in the past saying others have liked them as well. I make them from DVDs and any footage I can find on the web (e.g YT). Depending on how many/what DVDs I get, depends on how much stuff I have to gif mostly. Especially in recent weeks I have been buying a lot of ROH/PWG dvds (that just happen to feature stars currently in the company/current 'e stars facing eachother the Rollins vs Zayn PWG 99 posts the other week as an example) to expand my DVD collection for those companies. My most recent DVD that I got yesterday was WWE Tagged Classics Backlash/Judgement Day 2001 (for my birthday and because I love BOD/TMPT and their feud together), those were what the next gifs were going to be based around, so it depends entirely on the time. I do personally think that pics/gifs from when current stars were in the indys/before WWE in any nature are relevant in this thread as another poster said it gives a unique look of Before They Were Famous. Thus it is relatable to the topic. I can respect that everyone has different opinions on what goes in here or not, but I do classify why they are relevant with the names. It is not like I am posting gifs of Kevin Steen or LA Parka in here or something. I do infact post the other gifs from a dvd as an example in the TNA/(w)rest pics/gifs threads. It is the same with TNA, if Aries is on the dvd and I think it is gifable the gifs I have made of him go in the TNA pics/gifs thread and not in the Rest, because that is where he is currently signed. I have posted many also in those two threads, so I think clarification does need to take place not only for this thread but for the other two as well. So I have not only done this in the WWE pics/gifs thread. This is all just my opinion and how I classify it personally though like I said. I can understand that there is a line as far as the norm to how many to post at once, but I like making wrestling gifs so most of the time I do not think about this to be honest. But I do give fair warning and most of the time do my gifing on Monday before Raw, just as a way to maybe get people hyped and add a few gifs that maybe people haven't seen before to add to the topic/relate to Raw. The reason that I didn't do this on Monday this week was because I was out and only just got back in time for Raw, hence why I did it Tuesday night instead. I try to keep my intentions clear and signify when I am going to do marathon posts, so you should be able to skip ahead pages/scroll past. I have deleted a fair few from the Cesaro gif frenzy a few pages and have only kept the best one's. There should be a lot less now on those pages . Now knowing how all of you feel I can either (which makes it an easier job for me now knowing the mixed bag of opinions we have). 1. Stop all together with making my own gifs and slow my posts way down for a while in the pics/gifs threads 2. Use the spoilers and identify gif posts with the Before They Were Stars title as a way for a people to avoid them if they so choose. I assume my past and present WWE gifs aren't the problem here? 3. Carry on like I did. But as I said I did give a warning to when I was going to post these gifs and sometimes identify which DVDs they were on and why I was posting them (e.g. Cesaro stealing the show on Monday was the reason for the Cesaro gifs). Any of the options are fine by me, and I am in no way judging people who do not like the amount/context of the gifs I post, as let's face it pics/gifs is a place for everyone to post and one person shouldn't really be dominating it. Ok now that the boring stuff is out of the way I am going to use the chick magnet Johnny Ace to lighten the mood a little bit after these past couple of pages:

The only bothersome thing about the gifs is that they take forever to load, which cause non-gifs to also take forever to load. I seriously have had to walk away for several minutes just for the entire to page to load, even after turning off signatures and avatars recently. I would either try to give yourself a size limit on each gif or not post them as often.
EDIT: Spoiler tags don't make any difference BTW

543Y2J, I'm not sure on your feelings about it, but setting up a Tumblr might be a solution? Maybe you have a large run of gifs you wanna post, you pick your two favourites to post here and then include a link to that post on Tumblr.
It's a shame, I can see both sides of the argument here, but I really enjoy those gifs when they appear, as for me personally it's highlighting a lot of cool shit I wouldn't otherwise know about. I'm sure a lot of people also appreciate you making them, so don't stop.

...Alright. What point are you even trying to make when the argument is that the gifs don't belong? As someone else just pointed out, they do belong as a sort of "before they were stars" deal for guys who are currently in the company. If you don't like them, that's fine, but to say that they don't belong isn't really accurate. It'd be one thing if 543Y2J was JUST posting that but he posts a ton of gifs from WWE-produced shows. If people want to post pics relating to current WWE wrestler's past matches, that other people do enjoy, why be a Buzzkillington about it? The scroll bar is to the right. I'll try and be more succinct in future for you. ALL I'm suggesting is that sometimes a few less near identical gifs might be nice on occasion. But whatever man, don't get all butthurt about it when you fall off your white horse. Yeah, I'm on my high horse. You are the ones saying that certain gifs should stop being posted when you know damn well that you could just avoid them but I'm on a high horse. Hey, you called me butthurt. That totally negates the argument I made. I mean....25 in a row is kind of a lot. I get that and it's completely fine if people want to avoid them. What isn't fine is making some snide ass comment about how they don't belong in here (Not talking about you, BTW). You make a remark like that then want to claim that the "social warriors" jump on you unfairly. There's a right way to make a point and a wrong way to do it and the dude that made the initial comment knows goddamn well that was the wrong to way to go about it. Show respect and you will get respect in return. Say stuff like that and people will check you.

I always appreciate seeing gifs on this board, and you are a main supplier of said gifs.

Well those flippy bingo hall gifs are posted with no idea who those guys even are, so I have no way of knowing if they're WWE gifs, and as Hurbster said, the gifs are basically identical to each other.
I just don't see their relevance to the WWE other than the fact that they are currently there but the gifs are from different companies. I appreciate the work that goes into it, I just think that WWE gifs should be current superatars with current relevance in the ring, backstage, press tours, Vines, touts, internet shows, etc.

Like... butthurt AND white knighting? The Pics and .Gifs thread is for everybody. Can't we all just coexist and love Bo Dallas like the mod overlords intended?

Again, I have to question, is it really that hard to scroll past it? There is stuff I don't particularly care for in these threads but I scroll past them because I know others get enjoyment out of them.

Its like in the diva's thread when you have 20 gifs of AJ sticking her ass out from every angle possible.. 'less is more'

I didn't know every medium sized arena is a bingo hall. Bingo must be a much bigger draw then I thought.
