I already signed up though. When I logged in, they took my billing info and said I was confirmed for the free trial and that I would start being billed on March 3. I don't want to risk doing that again and having to pay twice. My mistake. I entered my CC info & though I was good but I wasn't. When I checked the billing tab my payment info wasn't there & I never got the confirmation email from WWE. If you got the email you were charged, & you obviously have a different problem. I misread what you wrote I guess. Sorry. Yeah I got the e-mail and everything. I'm all confirmed. I can watch it on my phone, but nothing on my laptop. |

Has anyone been able to login on the Network on Xbox360? I'm still getting "User or Password Unrecognized" messages. (I can access it via my phone or WWE.com though).

Im having problems on my xbox as well, saying invalid username or password. Frustrating, yes, but not entirely unexpected I suppose. I'll just keep trying. If ? Its still doin it in a day or so, however, I may call.
It does, however, work fine on my phone.

How does one even find it on XBox 360? I searched "WWE Network" and all that came up was the WWE-specific XBox app that allows you to watch highlights or sync with pay-per-views. Thats what it is. I was thinking the same thing this morning, like where the hell is this thing. Then I remembered hearing the phone app became the wwe network, so I thought maybe same thing on xbox.....and it was. |

So, quick question as I can't be bothered trawling back, is this available in the UK, and if so, how can I access it via my PS3? It's not available legally in the UK until later this year/early next year. There may be ways around it but even talking about it is a bannable offence. Ah balls. I hope they show NXT ArRival over here on TV then. I watch NXT ever week, I'd hate to miss the first PPV because they decide it's Network exclusive and screw all non-Americans. Mind you, this is the same country who had most of their YouTube vids inaccessible outside of the US for the longest time, and charge an extortionate amount of money for a t-shirt from Euroshop. |

I got it! The fix listed above (page 31) helped me finalize my subscription on my desktop and stop getting the aforementioned "Media Error: Video not available" message. The first thing it automatically took me to was the NXT live stream since that just so happened to be airing at the time I signed up. FYI, if you search for "Chris Benoit" you get no results. "The Radicalz" do get results though. You can search for specific Superstars or Shows. "Shows" includes PPVs like WrestleMania. Not sure if "shows" includes events such as Raw, or even better, a specific Raw. CM Punk is still listed in search results, as is Owen. Just letting everyone know who might be wondering these things. At 5 they're airing WrestleMania 1, which I planned to watch today anyway, so hurray.

So I guess I'll wait until the XBox 360 recognizes user names and passwords before I commit to the network. Could be a day, could be a week. As long as it's before WrestleMania XXX.

I signed up for the free trial and for some reason, I got billed for it. I clicked where it said to get the free trial and entered all the info. I got an email telling me I was subscribed and my next payment would be March 24th. I went to my bank account and sure enough, they took it out of my account. I may have subscribed anyway but I wanted to test it first so I'm a little annoyed they did that.

So the desktop app is giving me the dreaded Media Error, and the PS3 is either telling me that I've had too many login attempts (even though I'm already signed in) or shows the age warning and then has a 'fatal error'. Wonder if it's just over capacity right now?

I signed up and it works fine on my I-pad but not on my 360. I called tech support and they said it doesn't work for anyone on 360 right now and to give it a few hours. I'm watching the NXT show right now and they will have the Cesaro-Zayn match on later. I've never seen it so I'm looking forward to it!

1. It is a little choppy on my end but could just be my ISP. 2. No. There maybe replay later in the week but RAW and Smackdown will not air live on the WWE Network. When you say choppy do you mean that little digital error picture thing where part of the picture doesn't go with the rest of it and it is sort of in pieces a bit? It's hard to describe because I've never seen this type of error before. It doesn't make it unwatchable but it is a little annoying. Nah, for me it'd play for 3 or 4 seconds then stop, stutter and start playing again. |
