PS3 working well for the most part, but it does stop to buffer at times. Paused it for a while now so we'll see. Oh, anyone have success with the search on PS3? I can enter the letters I'm typing, but I can't figure out how to actually search. I tried every button, but nothing happens. Been trying to figure out what to watch, rather than continuing to jump around. I decided to watch every In Your House PPV in order since I haven't seen them since the originally aired. I loaded up IYH1 now, & I noticed the timeline has the buttons like I mentioned earlier so you can skip to whatever match you want. That's a really cool feature, & I hope every video eventually has them.

Well looks like it's stopped working for UK users. Was nice whilst it lasted.

I keep popping in here to see if there's anything new on the 360 front just to catch a new person saying that it doesn't work.
Back to Donkey Kong.

After getting frustrated with on demand buffering forever on the app. Tried viewing on demand and the on demand is perfect.

Turns out my issues from earlier were just due to my PC being too old to handle the Network. It worked fine on my laptop and PS3.
Actually got my dad to sit down and watch some of WrestleMania 1 with me. We haven't watched wrestling together for about a decade or so now, so that was nice.

Well looks like it's stopped working for UK users. Was nice whilst it lasted. It's easy to get it going again, but for obvious reasons I can't tell you how. Vicious Petulant Nincompoops!

Do talents/former talents receive royalties for appearing on the network? EDIT: Not in a new capacity, just the old content. That's quite the question. Punk alluded to this (though he was talking about PPV payoffs) at a comic convention prior to walking out. Justin Credible mentioned how he makes a decent amount off royalties from the DVDs and he wonders how the Network will effect him since their deals don't really address the network. The network could lead to fewer DVD/Blu-ray sales as well (these formats are declining anyway). This is a 'new media' in terms of WWE contracts and royalties. This will have to be worked out. Lance Storm lancestorm · 3m “@anoldvillain: Will you, the performers, be compensated per view /in a lump sum/at all (regarding the network)?” Doubt we will see a dime Well, that's...unfortunate. :/

So after signing-up, I'm not getting any access to the network. My order has been confirmed and everything. I'm talking to Tech Support, and they're not exactly inspiring me with confidence. "Have you ever signed up for the WWE Network before?" "No, I just signed up now because today's the first day." "I mean, have you ever signed up for the WWE Network in the past." "Well, no...I think that's impossible. Today's the first day, isn't it?" "It's not impossible, lots of people have bought stuff from us in the past." "Excuse me?" "You can't get the free trial if you've bought stuff from us before." "I never have." "Hold please." And now I'm on hold.

MacBook 2007 with Chrome checking in.
Signed up for the free trial around 5 P.M. with no issues. Have attempted the live stream with no luck. Have attempted random NXT and PPV's. I get the quick 5 second video to play and that is it.
With the talk of possibly not working on older computers well, I hope that since the brief 5 second clip played that I will be okay once kinks are worked out. Videos from WWE.com have always taken a few seconds to load for me, and with longer videos, I was expecting a longer load time, but I have waited about 5 minutes for both the live stream as well as on demand videos.
I am not too bummed as I mainly just want to see the monthly pay per views, NXT, as well as watching the handful of WWE PPV's I missed until I stopped watching in 2001. I am hoping that later on I have an interest to watch the ECW PPV's as I watched a majority of them scrambled.

If you browse the schedule you can find things that haven't been added to the vault yet, like other ECW Hardcore TV and WCCW episodes. You can also put WCCW or ECW in the search and find more stuff that way. No hidden WCW Nitros anywhere though
And
Looking like they got 220k signed up now.

So I was determined to stick to my guns and not order the Network until I had proof that they were going to book a good WrestleMania. I really was.
Then I got home and my wife was watching SummerSlam 2002...

And then a machine was like "One...One...Seven...Eight..." and so forth.
Then they hung up on me.

Unfortunately for WWE performers, they don't have a union. Many of the entertainment unions (like Writer's Guild) have gone on strike to bargain for royalty rights whenever something new comes along like DVDs or online sales. WWE performers are in a less advantageous position to challenge WWE on this.

I was able to finish my first payperview. The payperviews seem to be working well for me now. I guess they got the bugs out.

I made a thread strictly for Network content, since there is so much other stuff going on in this thread regarding signing up, problems, platforms etc. Check it out here!
