ok so I've learned that it takes a hella long time to get the thing rolling, but once it does it's great. I'm assuming because even though I started the trial hours ago, I didn't try watching something till recently since I had errands to do.

Ya, I wonder if there's something to that - I got the video error for about 20 minutes, but kept trying, and since I've gotten in, both the live streem and the on demand stuff has been flawless. |

I watched part of Halloween Havoc '93 earlier and skipped to Rude/Flair with no problem. I watched the Legends Round table on renegades with no problem as well.

Yeah my android only got one video to play, so far. Everything else times out and boots me. Works great on a pc, though. Too bad when I leave the folks all I've have is my smartphone. I better be able to use this thing, tomorrow, dammit!

Most (if not all) of the commercial music for ECW shows is dubbed. I believe the in-house tracks by Harry Slash are intact. This wouldn't be a problem if you, you know, they wouldn't have heavily promoted it as completely unedited...entrance music is part of that whole "completely" thing. First, if you thought mainstream songs would be kept, you're a fool. Unfortunately, hardly anyone can beat the Music Clearance Monster. Second, I think they said the "unedited" thing mostly in reference to worries about Benoit and Owen. Maybe also ECW matches and matches with blood. Third, ECW holds up the least in the uber-mainstream, as they can't use the music and the excessive swearing. These you really have to keep repeating to yourself, "I'm going to watch it for the matches..." Well at least they don't have flashes/pauses between head chairshots, and don't de-color the screen when blood is shown, nor blur logos or censor murderers if you're into that sort of thing. Now, questions I thought of: - Is the aftermath to Jake/Savage on Tuesday in Texas intact? It was cut out of the version on Macho Man's DVD (rated PG). - How do they handle the references to Pillman's death on Badd Blood '97? - re: GAB '91 not being there, I guess they just don't have EVERYTHING ready just yet. Or, conspiracy time, they don't want people to hear the "We want Flair" chants cause it hits too close to home with the Bryan situation?  ? |

Just finished watching Bash At The Beach '96 on my PS3. There were a few noticeable pauses while it buffered, usually lasting about two minutes each.... but overall, it played without a hitch. This was also with my son watching Netflix in the other room the entire time, so I'm happy.

I just figured out the problem: I need to put in my billing information to start the free trial. I thought it started automatically when you create an account. And seeing as I have no credit/debit card, that means no free trial. Oh well, at least I have my dvd collection. |

I figured out my problems. Somehow I didn't quite complete the signup process. It's working for me now, and I feel very stupid now. I'm now watching Tazzmaniac vs. Sabu on ECW Hardcore TV on my phone and Old School RAW 2014 (I missed the original airing) on my laptop all while watching Raw on TV. Very nice.

Here's an odd fact;
HEATWAVE content (taking music out of the equation)? Edited to hell as I have griped about already.
Randomly fired up quilty as charged 98 and content, well the little content I skipped around to? Unedited and unbleeped.
Friend of mine who is here with me & I have theorized that the HEATWAVE 98 master tape is edited & that's the only version they have....maybe it's a reach/stretch but it's what I'm going with.

I still have a few issues. I'm convinces its cause I don't have an HDMI cable or the recommended cables for the PS3 but there are still some. I'm hoping/thinking that they'll be fine tomorrow as most I've seen has said that if you have issues it takes a few hours to sort out |
