Mabel's entrance seems to have been removed from the Apr. 16, Apr. 30, and May 14, 1994 Superstars episodes while his post-match celebration is intact. The only reason that comes to mind is Oscar saying "Whoomp, There It Is" during the pre-match rap, and some editor decided to cut it to be safe. That's probably it. Tag Team are litigious with use of that phrase. Even when it's said in movies without their song even playing ('Pitch Perfect' comes to mind off hand) their publishing is included in the credits and they get royalties. Moreso that they are back in pop culture with those ads. Was this a problem on the old Network? CoD? Maybe they should get Beavis and Butt-head singing "Whoomp! There's my butt!" to dub over it.

Nope. It's only edited on these 3 episodes of Superstars. There are multiple examples on WWE Network and Peacock right now of them not removing Oscar saying it. Also, when Oscar comes to ringside after Mabel's match on the 5/14/1994 episode, the phrase is shown on a sign in the crowd more than once.

I thought this was another case of Peacock thinking these guys rapping is too much of a stereo type, and it was a black face edit.

It's always funny when they let edits slip. "Voodoo Chile (Slight Return)"(Hollywood Hogan) is found on the SmackDown after Judgment Day 2002, "Tattoo"(Maven) is on the first episode of Velocity, and I can't remember off the top of my head, but I know "Bombshell"(Dudleyz) is on an episode of Confidential. Its also super inconsistent. I know that "Feel So Numb" was edited from the No Way Out 2002 show, but the weekly shows still have the ads for the album, and use the song in the promo packages. Though that is probably attributed to a lot of the Pay Per Views being the edited DVD releases.

I find the X-Factor theme the most annoying. Watching the Invasion RAWs and Smackdowns where 99% of the time they're dubbed out, then I'm rewarded at the PPV where Uncle Kracker is there in all his glory.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1liT0Hn_A0This segment of Sunny interviewing Shawn Michaels is missing from One Night Only 1997. The Network version skips from the British Bulldog promo to Flash Funk's entrance.

Peacock related edit: On the regular WWE Network, JBL's backstage promo at Judgment Day 2004 is now gone and so is his in-ring promo right before Eddie Guerrero's entrance.

The rain delay portion of WrestleMania 37 Night One has been edited out on WWE Network but is still on Peacock as of now. In an update to this, the rain delay portion is now available but as a bonus feature in the "More from WrestleMania 2021" section when you're watching the Night One card. The rain delay content and the Night One card were on the same video for about a week after the event.

Something that's come to mind. With the Network removing most blatant soundalikes, how the hell does Sandman get dubbed over with a blatant ripoff of Bullet with Butterfly Wings by the Smashing Pumpkins?

In an update to this, the same is true for the new batch of Superstars episodes that were added on Aug. 16. In fact, the Jun. 4, 1994 episode is missing Mabel's entire segment, including his match. The show intro plays, then goes to Live Event News. What's really funny is that Mabel has "Whoomp There It Is" printed on his gear in these shows, and it hasn't been blurred or censored at all. They've also not gone back (at least not yet) and removed his entrance from shows that were on the Network prior to June 2021. It's just the last two drops of Superstars episodes that have been affected.

Peacock-related edit: The brief segment at the very end of the Aug. 3, 1998 Raw where several guys break into the room to save Val Venis from Yamaguchi and Kaientai is gone. Everything else related to the angle, though, seems to be intact, including Val's in-ring segment the following week.

Caught most off guard watching Summerslam 2001 and having You're Gonna Pay playing rather than Rollin. Assuming it's the same dub as the Anthology version

Non-edit: Clash of the Champions 34 includes the promotional consideration spots, including one for Mighty Ducks 3 (weird seeing an ad for a Disney movie on Peacock).

Of course, given last week's DSOTR, the Story Time making light of Ric Flair's antics is no longer there at all.

So they are edited out the sound a like theme music, but how come so far they have kept Eddie Gurrero's heel WCW music. That theme sounds a lot like "Low Rider".
