So with yesterday being the WWE Network's launch date and this week being the free 7 day trial, I was wondering if this has caused anyone to call into work "sick" and stay home or to ditch class and stay in their dorm to watch the network. I was thinking about this seeing has how the NCAA's "March Madness" is right around the corner. The annual men and women's basketball tournament tends to inspire a lot of people to ditch school/work to watch either their school play in the big dance or if they don't/didn't go to a school that's in the tournament then they just want to indulge in an orgy of college hoops (and see the future stars of the NBA/WNBA before they get drafted). So I was wondering if WWE Network's launch was causing a similiar phenomenon amongst wrestling fans. I mean sure, it's not an apples to apples comparison of an on-demand service (that has some live programming) vs live basketball games (which makes them "DVR proof"). But I'm still some people wanted to be home the day the network launched because they didn't want to wait to get home from work or school to watch.

Oh man, I didn't play hooky today but I was dishwashing instead of waiting tables the second half of the day. Started up Fully Loaded '99 on my phone and watched it the last two hours I was there. Fantastic day.

Since I work from 6:30am - 2:30pm, I was at work when it officially went online yesterday.... so I got home from work and ordered it, seeing as I have Tuesdays off.... I had all day to watch. But instead... I slept most of the morning after taking my son to school. Did catch some livestream stuff a few hours ago though... I don't need to be bound to the Network, I'm just glad it's there when I'm bored and want to watch something wrestling related.
That being said, so far... I've watched the old-school WCCW show, one episode of ECW, Countdown, part of the Bret Vs. Shawn when it was on livestream, Bash At The Beach '96 and the first half of Hog Wild '96... as I wanna relieve the entire NWO vs. WCW saga in order.
Just awesome.

For some reason I saw this as "WWE Network Hockey" and had my rural interest piqued.

For some reason I saw this as "WWE Network Hockey" and had my rural interest piqued. Well, I'm sure you can find some Bill Irwin matches from his 1995 WWF run.

This question only applies to people who have the WWE Network. I must know if Wade Barrett's prediction is true because if so I'm afraid I have some bad news! It's going to get worse.

I might watch it more tomorrow after work, I didn't watch any today because I'm very tired.
