There was enough money in my account for the most recent payment for my wwwe network subscription, but my subscription was still stopped for some reason. Has this happened to anyone else here?. That happened to me also. Even though I did get a new card recently and made sure my information was up to date. Oh ok did you manage to get the problem sorted out I found out that I only needed to logout and then login again for some reason.

Does anyone else have buffering issues with the Network on their PS4?
Was trying to watch the '97 Raw from Germany and it was almost impossible with the show constantly skipping forward ten seconds. It worked perfectly on my phone, and my PS4 is right next to my router so there's no way it's to do with the connection being blocked.
Really frustrating especially since I never had any issues before the UI update aside from during live PPVs, which at least is understandable.

I just got the "payment declined" e-mail after switching cards. After reading the posts above, should I just log out of my account on every platform I have the Network on? It seems like that should fix things, but I'm unable to even change my payment info on their website.
Last resort would be to call Customer Service directly, so hopefully the method above works.

Not a tech question, but I just hate how they changed it so you can't see a thumbnail unless you are fast forwarding quickly. Used to see one even if you were just scrolling slowly.

The new 1080p encodes being 30FPS really don't make sense now that it seems SmackDown is being filmed at 60FPS on FOX.

PC says subscribed. Over an hour later trying to watch on PS4 and I'm logged in but everything is locked. WTF? Edit: Had to sign out and back in for it to register I'm subscribed again. Also discovered I can't get the network on my fire tablet anymore. Not impressed.

I'm on a Roku anybody else having issues with any WCW Starcade's playing? I've tried several years and they all jump to the end and when you click start over it freezes. Other events no problem. It seems like this happened since they made it a feature events for Starcade month. I tried both main page and going through the WCW PPVs for the year I wanted. Both times same result.

I automatically get signed out every time I try to log into the Network on my PC. My PS4, smartphone, and tablet are the only devices I can get signed in with since the update.
Do I have to sign out from those to fix this? I already tried clearing the cache on Chrome, and that didn't help.

I have the network on two TVs. I was watching on one and then had to go do some work upstairs, so I went to the Network & see I had been logged out, but only on that device. This happened to anyone else?

Network not working smoothly for me at the moment. Can’t go back to something if I want to watch it at a later date and trying to fast forward is getting ridiculous. For some reason I end up watching stuff I’ve already watched before I fast forwarded.
Definitely the worst streaming service I have at the moment quality wise.

Just wondering if anyone is having this issue with the APPLE TV 4th Generation Running Latest version of TVOS and latest version of the WWE APP.
Everytime i load-up the WWE APP when on the home screen a message pops-down from the top saying could not load content properly.(videos on that page all seem to load fine. It is also the only page on the sections showing the error and say for example i browse to another page e.g WWE PPV no error displays. I also get the same error on the Superstar section, say for example i browse to a certain superstar and then go to see all on the latest videos section, i then come across a page called Superstar Companion and i get the same error message as on the home screen.
Trying to basically find a soloution, Network support seem to just give really generic responses...

Hi, Just joined & this part was a big reason I finally joined after a long time lurking. My prob is with the network on my PC. Windows 10 Firefox 80. The Log in button will not light up for me to log in. Contacted WWE Network tech help 100 times & they are beyond useless. The have even told me to cancel rather than help. All they know is to tell me download Chrome ( Which I dont want). Then they asked me if I have any OTHER devices to test the network on. I said my OTHER PC is old & has Windows XP so I know it wont work on that. Since then they INSIST my problem is trying to use XP to access the network. If anyone has any advice or knows someone at WWE tech that actually wants to help a customer PLMK! Thanks!

I would also recommend trying a different browser just to see if the problem is only in Firefox or not. If you really don't want to download Chrome even for testing, you should already have Edge in Windows 10. If the problem only exists in Firefox, there's a few things to try. 1) Turn off your ad block. It's possible that there's something else you need to click on (agreeing to cookies or whatnot) before you can log in, but your ad block isn't letting you see it. 2) Try using incognito/private browsing. This should turn off all your extensions. If this works, you can go back to normal browsing, turn off all your extensions, then turn them on a few at a time until you find which is causing the problem. 3) Try turning off enhanced tracking protection 4) clear cache & cookies. You might also want to switch off your VPN if you're using one, just to see if that's interfering. One other thing I've thought of: As well as the sign in at the top of the screen, if you try watching a video there should be a popup asking you to create an account. There's a sign in link at the bottom of that which might be worth seeing if it works for you.

Every time I try to watch it on my Roku TV, I get a "Something went wrong" error. This has been going on for months. I've tried everything, logging out then logging back in, disconnecting modem and restarting, deleting app then reinstalling. Nothing works.
