While they weren't pay per views, ECW obviously had events before Barely Legal 97, like November To Remember began in 93. And most of these they promote for home video on their shows, so tapes of these exist. Also they do have some non-ppvs up like the first royal rumble, so I don't get why these can't be available as well!

They've added years 1993 and 1994 to the ECW PPV category but they have no entries so it seems they are on the way.

There is not footage of November to Remember 1993 that was untelevised and never released on home video.

Most of the matches make it to Hardcore TV anyway, but yeah...

There is not footage of November to Remember 1993 that was untelevised and never released on home video. That's not entirely true. I have VHS copies of ECW Hardcore TV episodes from the time and some footage of the show was chopped up and included in them. Nothing major mind you, you won't be seeing King Kong Bundy in all his Extreme glory, but footage of the show was apparently taken. Actually, checking the WWE Network, I see they actually skipped over those episodes of Hardcore TV that would have had them.

If you have some of the actual videos from the events, you can tell what has been aired and what didn't make it to Hardcore TV. Some matches and segments are edited (curse words bleeped) and other bits, you'd have guys swearing as if they were getting paid by the word.
