Worth watching? Any good to watch even if some time after the show?

Preshows are fun bits of hype, don't think I'd watch them after the fact unless it is leading into the event itself.
No clue on the post shows as I forget they exist.

I recommend checking out this past week's Postshow, Bryan cut a very emotional in ring promo. The Preshows sometimes have announcements for stuff that will be on the show, and the talking heads can be kinda interesting, but usually nothing that can't wait 30 minutes. One of the oddest things about the Raw preshow is that they have King do the old Mean Gene audience platform interviews with random people, like the time he interviewed Los Matadores and Torito told him he was horny. I always watch them, but its definitely not a necessity.

If they didn't have Alex Riley, I think I would enjoy them more.

The pre-game shows are just various hall of famers rambling unconvincingly about the current product having to be interrupted by Alex Reilly pretty much all the time.

The pre-shows are great, especially if watching Raw and Smackdown are a major part of you Monday and Friday routine. The post-shows are only like 5 minutes though, and don't really add much.
I will say though that I hate the location they do them in. The fact that they have no interest on the fact that there are Superstars matches happening behind them makes it hard for me to feel like Superstars is important enough to watch. They should be done backstage, in an area made up to look like a tv newsroom.
