It'd be a world where Kreider didn't Ty Cobb the goalie because that's where this whole bad blood started. Blame him for the Habs thinking they have to cheap shot everyone now Yes, because we all know that Montreal has been known for their clean play. Look, the Kreider hit wasn't nearly as definitively blatant as you keep saying it is. Furthermore the Prust hit was worse. Kreider got more momentum into the goalie thanks to Prust, too. Like I've said before, I think Kreider is a reckless player because he's young and it's going to bite him in the ass down the line. But he's not dirty.

This MacLellan hiring is not exactly getting rave reviews:

Shocking hiring of Brian MacLellan. For f*** sakes MacTavish you just missed out on the perfect coach for the Oilers. But I wouldn't be surprised if Trotz just blatantly ignored Edmonton if they did offer him a interview or job . Only idiots or rookie head coaches would ever entertain the idea of answering to Lowe

CRAW-FORD chants make me giggle. I remember watching him in the minors and loving him to pieces, and I still do. He just seems to get shaken too easily. He is like the western conference Fleury.

The NHL regular season doesn't matter anymore. The LA Kings are proving it. Just get in and you have a shot at the Cup. They have devalued the 82-game schedule in my eyes.
I feel like I wasted so much time watching hockey in November/December now that we know what happens when it matters- basically, LA always wins.

Hell you can Russian Reverse this statement of the NBA and MLB of why bother the exact same big market teams with all the all stars will win like they do every year. I'm getting sick of all the bitching and negativity these playoffs are bringing to the board

Kings up 4-0 now. Hawks look done. And seconds later they get their 1st.

Hawks score a goal by playing completely panicked.

My Avs have been out a long time now, but I have found reasons to keep going in the Kings and Rangers too. Henrik and Quick are just on top of it.

This was a freaking #6 seed with the fewest goals of any playoff team.
Seriously, do they ONLY show up when it matters? Feels like they got lazy against the likes of Toronto and Calgary. But when it matters, THEY ARE THE GREATEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD!
Yet, 6 elimination games is playing with fire, but it gives them and their fanbase a bulletproof aura and mystique that screams NOBODY CAN TOUCH US WHEN IT COUNTS!

People were counting them out since Feb or earlier. You never count out a team with J.Quick in goal.

How did I know I'd come back to Unocal whining about the Kings.
I'm still not convinced this is over. I'm a little nervous going into Game 5.
