So in the East we get the Battle of the Red, White, and Blues. Go Rangers.

So many original six teams making it to the cup finals lately. If Montreal makes it to the finals all Canadian teams would of made it to the cup finals in the past 10 years except for Toronto (not counting Winnipeg too new). Maybe we'll get a Montreal vs. LA cup finals rematch. Who knows. I'm on Montreals bandwagon but I don't care who wins the cup. All teams deserve it.

Can the Bruins actually explore trading Milan Lucic and Brad Marchand, or is it still considered sacrilege to even make that suggestion?

You know, the Bruins scored one goal in the final two games against Montreal. But no, trading Tyler Seguin for suck-ass Loui Eriksson was totally the right thing to do.

Can the Bruins actually explore trading Milan Lucic and Brad Marchand, or is it still considered sacrilege to even make that suggestion? I could see lot of teams overpaying for Lucic since he's the poster child of a Coke Machine with skill. Every team would want him in the lineup.

The Kings are without a shadow of the doubt the hardest team to finish off in hockey.
They've only lost 1 elimination game the last 3 years, and even when they do get eliminated, teams have to do it the hard way:
2010- Vancouver needed a tie-breaking goal with 2:03 left in game 6
2011- San Jose needed game 6 overtime, and 3 OT wins period
2013- Chicago needed double overtime, but even that came after a goal with under 20 seconds left
So they are the WHY WON'T YOU DIE team of hockey- Zombies, Rasputin.

Great day that Boston has been eliminated, especially on the five-year anniversary of Scott Walker.

I wish I had seen this earlier. It is surreal, Chris Osgood interviews Coach Roy.

Closer to my dream Hawks/Habs final... and even Hawks/Rangers would be pretty sweet too.

I am hoping for Kings vs. Rangers. The two largest market teams and will garner the least interest from the media.

As a Bruins fan, I fully believe they did not play to win that game. They lost, and they deserved to lose. Price was better than Rask - all the way. Moronic Boychuck took yet another ridiculous penalty that cost the game to the team. f*** HIM! Marchand is a dumbass - trade him. Lucic is a moron. I don't know about trading him, but they should muzzle him. As a resident of Montreal, I am so happy for the Habs Go Habs GO! The series against the Rangers is gonna be a long and boring one I fear. This year, each team has beat the other 1-0 and the Habs have won the third game 2-1. Not gonna be super exciting I fear, but oh well. Go Pricey!!

Doug Wilson has informed the media in his exit interview for the year that he has informed Marty Havlat that he will not be back with the team next season and they are keeping Brent Burns as defenseman.
