I missed some of the build-up and was just wondering why I hadn't noticed Luka Modric yet, then I saw why I hadn't noticed him!

Admittedly I'm biased but I still don't understand why Philippe Coutinho isn't even in the Brazil squad.

Honestly, I'm rooting for Croatia for the hilarity of it all.

Friend of mine is in Croatia at the moment. From the sound of things, it got a bit loud at the sports bar where he is watching the game when they got the lead.

Perhaps. But it's up to the club and the families to decide. If they prefer a more solemn occasion such as a memorial, their wishes should be respected. The club, fans and the 96 victims/families are linked due to the circumstances of the disaster. Doesn't entitle them to the sympathy they expect though. Showing solidarity is about knowing who/what you're supporting and why. I don't see a whole lot of evidence that the current generation of fans who cry foul at their treatment can tell you what Justice for the 96 would entail.

They don't require entitlement or expectation. Everyone with even an ounce of common sense should sympathise with Liverpool, their fans, and the Hillsborough families. To not do so, simply because Liverpool won't play someone (and probably demolish them) on April 15th, is absurd.
I'm pretty sure they do. Liverpool fans tend to be very well informed about the disaster and the obstacles placed in the path of those seeking accountability for those responsible for it.

Neymar you nasty little shit. You looked at him to see where is head was and stuck your elbow out. And the commentating team for ESPN's coverage had the balls to say it wasn't intentionally done....
