The Heat can't replace LeBron James, but that doesn't look like a bad line-up to me. At least they won't be out of the playoffs next year.
I actually think Washington could make a run at the Southeast Division crown now that LeBron James went back home. They've got a nice starting five in John Wall, Bradley Beal, Paul Pierce, Nene, and Marcin Gortat, they just need to solidify the roster with capable pieces off of the bench. Not that the team Miami is putting together is a lottery team or anything like that. I think with the return of Dwyane Wade and the addition of a serviceable big man, the Heat could easily be a three- or four-seed in the Eastern Conference.
