I know the ref isn't looking but would that be a DQ as X-Pac jumps into Double J's foot, Jarrett doesn't kick X-Pac in the groin?

I know the ref isn't looking but would that be a DQ as X-Pac jumps into Double J's foot, Jarrett doesn't kick X-Pac in the groin? I think yes, it would be a DQ as Jarrett actively raises his foot. However, I've seen it happen before to X-Pac and no DQ was called. But it was the Attitude Era where the refs pretended that they'd blinked when low blows happened.

Seriously, every time I see it, my mind just goes "Who is that dork with...oh, god, that's Edge." I am never going to be used to seeing him with short hair.

Judging from that facepaint, they want to make Big Show into the new Stalker. What a random influence.

That's debatable, because Jarrett is merely raising his foot in a defensive maneuver. X-Pac is the one thrusting his groin in people's faces, so if it backfires, it's his fault for using the Bronco Buster to begin with.

How exactly would one go about blocking a Bronco Buster WITHOUT hitting him in the junk? I'd also like to take the opportunity to express my extreme distaste for that move.

It's either raise the foot up or move. Moving is the more legal of the two options since he then crotches himself on the buckle instead.
