I've gotten to that point also. Even on off-days, I still consider it "sleeping in" if I get up on my own at 6:30. But, since the kids are still sleeping, I consider it my "me time".

I am onboard with this. Even on weekends, I am usually up at 6:30-7. Hard to force yourself to sleep in later. Though it's amazing how much more productive you can be if you're constantly up early. Not to rag on anyone that enjoys sleeping in, but I get a lot done now because I pretty much have a full day, instead of just a chunk of it. Waking up at 6:30 really adds a lot to your day you miss out on when you sleep in until noon or later.

F*** no! Unfortunately I prefer having my nights free, so going into work earlier in the day in order to get out of work earlier in the day is what's most practical. But on vactions and weekends, I'm a night owl (I do stand up at night, so it's basically a requirement). Hell, sometimes I'm even a night owl on worknights too. Then I have to face the consequences the next day, which makes me even less of a morning person.
