Regular Cody is blander than raw tofu, so no.

Eventually, but I am loving Stardust, so I want to keep him around for awhile.

Stardust won't last forever as a gimmick, but I'm happy to see it stick around for a while, because Cody's knocking it out of the park.

I love Cody, but no. Flat no. The guy is killing it as Stardust right now. New look, new mannerisms and a new moveset. Eventually transition him back, unless this really catches on, but leave him as Stardust for now.

Yes. He's doing a great job with Stardust, but I can't get into it and no matter what way you cut it it's just a retread of Goldust.
Though that theme is badass and he should keep it. But find a way to rework it slightly into a Smoke & Mirrors version.

I saw some people crapping all over the Stardust gimmick in the MITB thread and I was surprised. In a couple of appearances, he has become this character and completely altered his moveset and mannerisms. He is entertaining and as he becomes more fluid and adds little tweaks to the gimmick (which he will because he always goes all out and is a hard worker), it will be even better. And hopefully whatever persona he uses after this is over is made even better through this and he continues to evolve.

Stardust is great, IMO. I'm sure he'll remain Stardust for a while, be Cody again for a while, bring back Stardust whenever it's useful. It's a godsend to him for that reason - it's a gimmick he can take on and off as his career requires.

Stardust is amazing. In his two apperances I've been blown away at how he changed...everything, and it all looks great.

I want regular Cody with all of Stardust's wackiness. Give him metallic trunks (maybe with a star logo on the butt/crotch) and a star themed face mask (think something like Electro).

Codies at his best with a gimmick.

Yeah, I preferred him as Cody...
Stardust is just too damn close to Goldust, and even Goldust is a bit played out at this point (IMO)...

I'd rather he come back with the mustache.

Not right now, but someday. I still think Cody Rhodes deserves an actually shot at the main event, and he needs to be more so himself to do it. Stardust, alas, probably wouldn't get there, but it helps him in the meantime.

With the lack of tag teams right now, WWE needs The Brothers Dust for at least a little while. I definitely don't want to see a split and match at SummerSlam with how well it's working thus far.

Honestly, no.
If he really gives it his all, he may become a top heel by 2015.

OG Goldust seemed legit, while Stardust comes off as a parody.

Is Stardust even going to last?
It could be Cody lulling Goldust into a false sense of security.

I see Stardust as more of an homage, than a copycat. Plus he moves very fluid, and has an effeminate nature with the character that reminds me of early Goldust with Cody's stamp of charisma.
To answer the question though, I'll take Cody any way I can get him, but I'm loving him as Stardust. My respect level for him just went even higher. Even if it doesn't take off he's definitely great at getting lost in a character, much like Bray Wyatt. I'm loving getting to show yet another side to his persona, he really doesn't break character....and Goldust giving Cody the hot tag was smart booking as far as making Stardust feel legit.
Stardust is just an altered state of Cody. And I am a huge fan. Those big Stardust hands in the crowd at the PPV made me happy.
