For me it would either be a DeTommaso Pantera or a mid 60s Jaguar E type, but if we are going modern either a Audi RS8 or Nissan GTR, with an Acura NSX for honorable considerations

The nostalgic kid in me would say a Vector Twin Turbo 2 (But it's a god awful car to drive.)
Realistically I'd take the lamborghini huracan because if money is no object I am taking the most ostentatious of supercars.

Either a WRX, or an older car (pre-ECU, so that it's not as finicky about constant little maintainances) that can be rebuilt and have a new engine dropped in it.
