controversial puts it mildly, though she wasn't blackballed. I guess it helps when your mentor starts her own promotion. Still, Yoshiko gets plenty of work in other promotions other than Seadlinnng.

Is ASUKA the first transgender champion...like ever, or just in Japan? She is the first trans champion in Japan/joshi, I believe. Candy Lee from New Zealand has won a championship (IPW: New Zealand Women's Championship). I believe Candy Lee is the first trans wrestler to win a championship.   |
