With WWE trying everything to increase the number of Network subscriptions, I'm wondering how long it might be before they try some drastic tune in ploys. Specifically, I'm remembering some of the stunts WCW pulled to try to get people to tune into its shows. A world title match we had to wait two weeks to learn the result of on the first episode of Thunder. A two-minute title match that got stretched out over three commercial breaks during TNT's Robin Hood. I'm imagining stuff like this, but updated for the modern era. With a post-Raw show already on the Network it's not hard to imagine they might just end Raw one week mid-match but tell people to tune into the Network to see the ending. Same for a title change on the Pre Game show. Things like that, followed by the announcers reminding us that exciting moments like this are available 24/7 for only $9.99 a month!
What would FAN think of something like this?

I think they should do a big angle and have it start at 11:10 and then they say we are out of time, tune in to the WWE network.

I'd be happy with Main Event getting some bigger/unique matches

Vince: "Here's the deal: every time you subscribe to the WWE Network, I will send you FORTY DOLLARS!"

That tremendous WWE Night Court idea I had a few months ago.

Bad News Barrett doing the nightly news at 11.
This writes itself, especially now that he's injured, but can still talk.

I'd think Bonnie Hammer would be on the next plane to where ever Smackdown is located to find and beat Vince to within an inch of his life if he tried something like that. Now would I mind them setting something up on RAW and telling people it would take place just after RAW on the Network, no but I just cannot see USA or any of their TV partners being happy about that.

They should purchase the rights to the episodes of Boy Meets World where Vader turns up as someone's Dad.
Present it as an official biography of Vader.
"When not engaging in mutual battery with Stan Hansen and destroying the equilibrium of New Mexico's favourite son with the assistance of a set of tight ropes, Vader is living it up in suburbia, trying to keep things on the straight and narrow..."
New boom period.

Tna showed a full show overseas with bits of reaction replacing ads for ppvs, and what not. People who complained about reaction cutting off where probably watching via torrent.

But I'm pretty sure it wasn't the case for the first week or two.

I would if I were the network, have a really good "network exclusive" match after raw, instead of the "backstage pass."

They should threaten to send The Miz to every non-subscribers home to tell them over the top WWE quote promotion with lies ("Shawn Michaels kicked his partner Jannety through glass!") UNTIL each individual non-subscriber signs up. Like old door to door salespeople demanding people buy their damn useless gimmicked vacuums.
I mean, The Miz would do it, he's much like John Cena in that however stupid the idea the brass has, he will commit!
The WWE can release the exclusive WWE App footage of someone killing the Miz after hour 8 in their home and call it Death of a Salesman 2: This Time It's Literal.
