Starts off slow then gets very good. Lots of great things to say about UK and Sacramento.

The Mavericks and Wizards are close to completing a sign-and-trade for Mavericks' center DeJuan Blair.

The Mavericks and Wizards are close to completing a sign-and-trade for Mavericks' center DeJuan Blair. LOL. What a scrub. And THIS was the guy Mark Cuban swore would exact 'revenge' on the Spurs this past season.

Alternate Title: The James Gang rides again. Honestly though Miami could be a five seed in the East without Lebron,

^It could be worse, you could have thought Hasheem Thabeet was going to be amazing. Still don't know why people were saying he'd be better than Blake Griffin and the best player in the Draft. You'd think they would have learned after the failures of Michael Olowokandi and Kwame Brown to name a couple, that being tall isn't all there is.

While I did accurately predict that Hasheem Thabeet would turn out to be a bust, my prognostications prior to the 2009 NBA Draft ended up being at best a massive humiliation and at worst, they totally invalidate anything I'll ever say about basketball for the rest of my existence. - I called the 2009 draft class "the worst class since 2000". - I said there was only one "sure thing" in Blake Griffin. - I said that Jonny Flynn and Eric Maynor were on the same level as James Harden and Tyreke Evans. - I said that Ricky Rubio and Stephen Curry would be "sure-fire busts."

Two things I can predict... 1. A D-League All-star team will participate. 2. The Pacers won't.

I also thought Rubio was going to be a bust, and that Flynn would be good. I also thought Darko would be good, and that Okafor would be better than Dwight Howard. At least I was right about the Bucks being complete idiots when they traded Dirk on Draft Day.

I can't remember the most recent draft picks who I had strong feelings for, but I thought Marvin Williams would be a big time player.
