Is it true that Shane Douglas and Candido kicked him out of the lockerroom? They're not tough guys, and I get the impression ol Scott is not one to be f***ed with. Supposedly, but that was several months earlier. Basically Hall was either gone from WCW or on one of his many "breaks" he had with them in the later years. Douglas talked about it on one of the DVD's he put out during his Hardcore Homecoming tour a few years back. Despite trying to portray himself as the great hero of the story, Douglas just made himself sound like a total dick throughout. Basically they were doing a show near where Hall lived (I think it was Florida) and he met up with Justin Credible to just hang out. Credible asked if Hall wanted to go to the show, and Hall said sure but was worried about the heat he might have with some of the guys (like Douglas). So Credible talked to Tommy Dreamer if it would be ok if Scott Hall came to the show and hung out backstage. Dreamer, not being a total dick, didn't see a problem and said sure. This got back to Shane Douglas who threw a fit over it. Hall and Credible got to the arena, White Castle burgers in hand supposedly, and were immediately greeted by Douglas, Candido, Bigelow and Tracey Smothers. Hall tried to be amiable and make amends, but Douglas didn't want to hear it and basically tore into him before telling him to leave, which Hall did without further incident. A couple of months later, after Douglas had left for WCW, Hall returned to ECW to work those two shows for a weekend. He made a tentative agreement to work more, but his demons basically put the kibosh on that before that had a chance to go anywhere. This story is a complete lie because there are no White Castles in Florida. or it could just be a small error that hardly has any bearing on the story as a whole. I'm not sure.

God I hated Scott Hall's white "blood" costume. Was it some kind of rib? I had always thought that the white blood tights were supposed to go with how he represented the "nWo Black & White" and had to wear the right flags despite still having his red and black tights before that. I sometimes crack up at how the whole nWo thing acted like it was a gang thing and had to have the right colors, even though Curt Hennig still wore his neon blue or orange singlets from time to time. Pardon if I derailed the topic a bit. No I get what it was meant to be. It just looked like the rest of the NWO had bukkaked Hall before his matches.

While this kinda paints Shane as a dick, any heat Hall had with almost anyone is Hall's fault. Don't screw people on the way up because you'll sure as shit meet them on the way down.

It takes a big man to forgive a guy who made your life, and that of your friends miserable and Douglas isn't one, but very few people are. If you listen to podcasts in the present day where Hall discusses people the Kliq had heat with, there's seldom any genuine regret there, if he comes close to seeming sorry, he wipes it away with a dig at them a few minutes later so I've no problem believing that Hall's interaction with Douglas and others consisted of a nonpology and digs at them which he genuinely believes they should laugh at which made a tense situation worse.
Douglas is a tool, but Hall comes off like a former school bully who thinks what he did was hilarious and has convinced himself that those he picked on were in on the joke.

I've never really believed all the stories I've heard about the Kliq, but nonetheless the general impression is that they were pretty douchey during they're heyday. Yet in most interviews I see or hear to this day all of them act as if it was all in fun and games and still cry foul about any grudges that others may hold.

I liked it. When you saw the black and white you knew that Scott Hall was coming. What you did there. I see it. This story is a complete lie because there are no White Castles in Florida. or it could just be a small error that hardly has any bearing on the story as a whole. I'm not sure. Krystal burgers, maybe? They're basically the southern equivalent of White Castle.

He has killed a man before. Something I believe Kevin Nash blames for his drinking and drug abuse. Yeah he revealed it on that espn special, that's why I don't buy Shane and Skip kicking him out of the lockerroom there's a huge difference between being a Meng-like unbeatable badass and being a kid and having to shoot a guy in self-defence. more likely Shane and Skip were being their usual bitter selves and Scott figured he still had tonnes of money and didn't need that shit.

(language) Scott Hall's ECW debut at the house show in Schenectady, NY. I hadn't seen this before. Scott looks like he's having so much fun.

There's another RF video of Scott coming out at a show and getting a RIDICULOUS pop. He comes out to Ready or Not by the Fugees. It used to be on YoutTube,

I'm wondering, could a Scott Hall return to WWE mid-2000 have worked?
